The road adjacent to Hyatt Vacation Club at Piñon Pointe is undergoing renovation August 2025 through November 1, 2026. The large hot tub is temporarily closed for maintenance. The pool and small hot tub remain open at this time. The road adjacent to Hyatt Vacation Club at Piñon Pointe is undergoing renovation through August 2026. Please anticipate construction noise Monday through Friday between the hours of 5 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with some overnight work starting as early as 3 a.m.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. This resort is awesome. The location, just steps from Uptown Sedona is unbeatable. You can walk to all the restaurants and shops without having to fight for a parking space which also saves you time and money. The views from the pool deck are amazing. The room we got was spacious and came with a full size refrigerator, microwave, range/oven, dishwasher and even a double stack washer and dryer. It was set up with all the dishes, glassware and cooking utensils you would ever need. A family could easily live in this space! I didn't realize there was a full fitness center, game room with pool table, and hot tubs and fire pits to enjoy as well. Staff was friendly and efficient as well. This place is well worth the cost and is a great spot to stay in Sedona regardless of your plans. Highly recommend. I myself worked in hotels for 35 years and I can say this spot has everything you need.
The latch to lock the door to the balcony was a little wonky so it needs to be adjusted please.

Unit had everything we wanted and view was amazing.
The steps down to our mid-level unit. Truck noise at Pinion Pointe was loud in the mornings.

All was great. Check in lady could have given us more feedback about dining when asked if you all had a restuarant or bar. Turns out several great restaurant's were right in area but not mentioned. Just a suggesting more feedback to that question.

Bathroom needs to be remodeled. But overall totally fine.

Loved the view, cleanliness, bathroom/shower. Also, the staff were excellent - friendly, helpful, responsive. Aiden, who checked us in, was wonderful. She ensured our suite had a good view and was easy for my husband to get to (he has mobility issues). She also (without being asked) arranged for the other 3 villas our family was using were close to ours which made it easier for us all to get together.
Kitchen items were missing — no tablespoon (although the measuring set had teaspoon, 1/2 teaspoon, etc), no mat to put under dish draining rack, no dishwasher soap pods (the resort staff brought some pods after we called to request them).

The hard core sales pitch for timeshare.
The view from the room was great.
The room was insanely overpriced (understand peak season but still ...). Noisy, no water, not very clean. No food, no room service, no breakfast. And on top of that you get the Hyatt Vacation Club pitch almost around every corner. When you ask these prices, at least leave people in peace rather than hard selling how to spend a few 10k more for similar miserable experiences.
