Modernes und qualitativ hochwertiges Hotel; sehr sauberes, ruhiges und komfortables Hotelzimmer; sehr freundliches Personal; früherer Check-In ohne Aufpreis; schönes Badezimmer mit separatem WC; kostenlose Mini-Bar im Zimmer (mit täglichem Nachschub); sehr gute Auswahl beim Frühstück; gute Anbindung an den ÖPNV

Cons:

Vorab-Nachrichten per WhatsApp etwas zu aufdringlich; Mobiliar im Zimmer könnte noch etwas neuer und moderner sein

Sehr zufrieden
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal, schönes Zimmer, hervorragendes Frühstück, ruhige Lage, Nähe U-Bahn. Ein rundherum gelungener Erstaufenthalt. Bereits für Juni erneut gebucht.

Cons:

Kaum der Rede wert: 1 x Minibar nicht aufgefüllt, 1 Tag kein Room-Service (erst am Abend nach Rückkehr bemerkt; möglicherweise selbst verursacht, da Zimmerampel nicht auf grün geschaltet)

Pros:

Grosses Zimmer, sehr gutes Frühstück. Minimal war inklusive.

Pros:

Sehr nettes Personal. Sehr viel Auswahl beim Frühstück. Angenehme Betten. Tolle Hotelbar.

Cons:

Wir haben auf die tägliche Reinigung verzichtet, aber leider wird dann die Kaffeestation auf dem Zimmer nicht aufgefüllt.
Die Minibar wird täglich von einem anderen Service neu befüllt. Vielleicht kann dieser Service auch die Kaffeestation übernehmen.
