Breakfast was not included in the room rate. Of course, it was available for an additional €29 per person, which I found quite expensive.

Cons:

1.I think a hotel of this standard should have breakfast included in the room rate..Although parking was listed as included, there was actually no on-site parking. Guests have to pay separately to park either on the street or in a private underground garage opposite the hotel.

Quality experience
Pros:

Very responsive and welcoming reception staff, great adjustable aircon in the room (was worried about being hot at night with the heatwave), super comfortable nicely appointed room, fabulous breakfast with huge choice. Very central location, easy to get to the HBF as I was traveling out of Berlin the next day

Pros:

Die Lage, das Frühstück sind sehr gut.

Cons:

Es gab Probleme mit dem Parkhaus beim Rausfahren - das System funktionierte nicht. Das Hotel hat das Betreiben allerdings abgegeben, so dass man das dem Hotel nicht anlasten kann.

Pros:

Das Hotel ist uneingeschränkt weiter zu empfehlen. Über die Haustierfreundlichkeit (Hundebett, Näpfe&Hundefutter), der Zimmergrösse bis hin zu einer fast lautlosen Klimaanlage ist alles perfekt. Wir waren 5 Nächte vor Ort und mit unserem kleinen Pudel angereist. Frühstücken konnten wir mit ihm gemeinsam in der Lounge, wo stets schon ein frischer Trinknapf auf ihn wartete, toll, haben wir so noch nicht erlebt. Das Personal war absolut aufmerksam, äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage am Prager Platz und zur Nähe des Viktoria Luise Platz (Viki) krönt das Ganze ab. Obwohl etwas teurer, jeder Euro hat sich gelohnt.

Pros:

Genel olarak iyi diyebilirim. Ancak 5 yıldızlı bir otel için vasat. Oda konforu iyi. Konumu fena değil.

Cons:

Asansörden çıktıktan sonra odaya 156 adımda ulaştık.! Minibar ücretsiz ama içinde 4 adet küçük içecek var sadece. Büyük oda seçeneğinde yorumlarda ücretsiz olduğu söylenen 6.kattaki ikramlı özel salon kullanımı kalıcı olarak kapatılmış. Kahvaltı çeşidi bence yeterli değil, ve leziz değil. Tüm çalışanlarda özel bir ilgi ve gayret yok. Özetle otel 4 yıldızlı olsa 8.5 puan verebilirdim ama 5 yıldızlı bir otel için puanım 7.
