Everything was okay
I booked this app by booking.com. And it was mentioned free parking and free breakfast in Booking.com. But, they deduct $35 for parking from security deposit and didn’t provide free breakfast. I paid $394 for a room for one night. In this price, free parking and breakfast must be included. I didn’t feel good.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Restaurant food & staff were great. Shuttle service was excellent.
Close to the airport. Very clean and well maintained.
1st night was good. Had dinner in the restaurant was good and the service was very friendly. 2nd day had to walk done 8 flights of stairs because the elevators were not working. Came back from shopping and neither elevators were working and front desk was no help, didn't even know it was broken. Not happy having to walk up 8 flights. Not looking forward to dinner.
I stayed in this Hilton Garden Inn specifically because it was close to the airport and offered shuttle and parking services. I had an early morning flight when leaving Montreal and late arriving flight when I returned. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful and spoke English. The hotel restaurant is good. In the room, there is a frig. microwave, coffee machine, desk, chair and couch. Toiletries are provided, a card key is used and there is free Wifi. I had to wait about 15 minutes for the shuttle to pick-up me up when I returned to Montreal after I called. The pick-up spot is a door by departures and of course when you land, you are in the arrivals area. It was not that easy to find the pick-up location. You need to exit the arrival area and re-enter the departures area.

Customer service at the desk at checking was very cold and rather blunt.
Okay to stay and park, but keep expectations low. We’ve reserved a king bed for one night and a park and fly. We arrived and we checked in and given a parking pass which didn’t work, had to return to receive another one. Went up to our room to find two small beds instead of a king. Back to the desk again to be informed that there was no king beds available even though we had one reserved. Back to our double bed to get cleaned up after a long night of driving only to find the shampoo in the shower empty, TV that didn’t work until I found a loose connection on the back of the TV, woke up in the morning and made coffee only to find the creamers had not been replenished. TVs are not smart so you can’t use any streaming services. Our shuttle to take us to the airport was 40 minutes late, luckily we weren’t in a rush as we were five hours early (decided to leave that early because the hotel restaurant and bar doesn’t open until suppertime).
We stay at a lot of hotels and have been really happy with most we have chosen, this one had so many little things continually happening. We just laughed it off. Most of the issues were just caused by weak support staff or simply not caring.
