On water with great view
Pros:

The Inn is right on the water and our room on 3rd floor had a view of the sunrise. Rocking chairs on the porch made a nice spot to view the dolphins and the water. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. There were several restaurants nearby and parking at the inn was easy. Room was comfortable and clean. There were many guests checking in for the weekend, mostly older.
A few disappointments: internet was very slow, inn's restaurant was closed, the breakfast included in the room was not as good as at Hilton's Hampton Inn, a connecting door in our room made it hard to tune out the neighboring room's conversations and TV.

My room is right by the water and pier.

Great location. Decorations are dated. Not all workers were friendly.

Pros:

Great location and good breakfast.

Cons:

Property needs some maintenance touch ups .
AC made a really loud / terrible noise when it was turned on.
It would be great to have a few more Adirondack chairs right outside of the restaurant near water and birds .
