The room had wallpaper falling off the wall. Bathroom floors were sticky.

I will say that there was a sign up that they were doing some sort of updates and I would HOPE they would include updating rooms.

Pros:

I booked using a hotels.com rewards night, but ultimately the hotel charged me again for the room. If and when they reply to my request to reverse the double charge, I'll edit, but still, I'd be super hesitant to book here again.

The room was amazing, staff was wonderful, I loved what was around the area and overall it was a wonderful stay. Just know that during the day if there are kids running in the halls you will hear it. Even with that it was quite around 7-8ish and the room/hotel was so nice it was a very small part of an amazing stay

Pros:

We checked in, went to our room, enjoyed our first night, went to the front desk with a question and found out that we weren't checked in and had been considered a no show. Annoying, but the wonderful lady behind the desk fixed everything. Beautiful location and the rooms were clean. Pool was freezing and the hot tub was lukewarm, very happy we had a hot tub suite!

Great staff, so-so room
Pros:

We picked this location due to reviews and proximity to the purpose of our visit. We were placed in a poolside room. The pool doesnt close until 11. We had to be up early. Between the pool noise and the teen girls in the room next to ours, there was no going to bed at a decent hour. Additionally, our room was damp due to the pool outside the door. The bedding, towels and carpet felt wet. The smell of chlorine was overpowering. It was bad. The room was clean but definitely worn. The shower curtain rod had been screwed in multiple times, the shower handle was loose, the furniture had scuffs and wear marks from the vacuum cleaner or something continually rubbing on it. The beds are HARD. The best part of our stay was the staff. Everyone we dealt with was very kind.

Pros:

Our room was by the stairs and side exit door, and very loud all night. Carpet was so sticky and tacky dirty, your feet would lightly stick to it. Had to wear shoes in the room when walking around.

Breakfast was awful. Esp since you had to pay extra $9 for it. Extremely cold eggs. Very limited selection. Worst breakfast I have ever had at any hotel. Otherwise hotel staff was nice and rooms were clean

Pros:

Quiet, safe area. It is very near shopping and restaurants in Woodbury. Check in was quick and the staff was very friendly. It has free parking on site. The pool is a nice size and the hot tub was great. Our room was very clean and quiet with a surprisingly large bathroom! We will definitely stay again.
