Blood stains in bathroom + forced to wait until 7pm – No refund"Hotel website says check-in at 2pm. We arrived at 2:30pm but were not allowed into the room until 7pm (over 4 hours later). When we finally entered, the triple room was dirty with visible blood stains in the bathroom. Photos attached.They only offered a double room instead of fixing the problem, so we left immediately. Now they refuse to refund us. Terrible hygiene, poor organization, and bad customer service. Do not recommend this hotel at all."
The location is amazing,it is just one bridge then go to the old town.
When we book the hotel,the cost has included the city fee,but when we was in the hotel,they have charged another bank fee of $42.I don't know if they made a mistake?
This hotel is in a prime location right in the city center. It was incredibly convenient as we could walk to all the major attractions. The hotel itself is very new, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming throughout our stay.
One standout detail was the toiletries—the shampoo and hand soap smell absolutely divine! I really looked after those small touches.
Overall, if you value location and a modern atmosphere, this is a great choice!
However, the breakfast was a bit disappointing with very limited options to choose from.

Chuveiro péssimo: pouca água e nos queimava com jatos aleatórios de água muito quente.
Cama péssima: colchão desconfortável que me gerou dores nas costas e perigoso, pois eram duas camas juntas que abriam facilmente.
Ar condicionado péssimo: controle de temperatura não funcionava deixando o ambiente muito quente. Tivemos que desligar e sentir frio de noite.
