Faulty Towers.

Think Faulty Towers.
We had the "best room" that smelt like urine, so they mopped the floors!
The lift didn't work for two of our four day stay.
There was a coffee offering but no spoons nor milk provided.
Not moisturiser nor tissues provided which seemed odd for high end hotel.
The door didn't close without pulling it so cleaner would leave it open.
Then there's breakfast! Scrambled egg warmer wasn't plugged in so all guests ate cold eggs. Forever asking for food items to be replenished along with coffee cups and plates. Only one floor staff member can n attendance, no chef!
