Currently our Lobby, Restaurant , Fitness Center and Pool are closed.

Our kitchen is only operating for room service, 5pm-10pm daily.

The staff and food on location was amazing and very good quality although pricey it did make up for it with quality and portion size. Unfortunately, every single amenity I had reserved this hotel for were not available, not accessible or non existent

Cons:

I chose this location because of the hot tub and pool offered. I reserved a king suite with an in room private access riverview balcony and bathtub. My kids wanted to swim and I figured if the hot tub was too packed I could use the bath in the room. After placing my reservation, I called to confirm that the pool and hot tub available because it said of the receipt that they were closed and was assured that both were open and available. however when we got to the room, there was no bathtub just a shower and the balcony was locked and had no access for the season, which it did not mention anywhere on the website. We go down to the hot tub and pool and see the hot tub had been removed and tiled over. Went across to the gym and while we were looking at the gym, they locked the door and shut the pool down for maintenance until the following day. So all of the amenities that I paid specifically to have were not even accessible. Worst yet all of the bookings on this site are offering these rooms with all these amenities that they either do not have or have access to use currently. Very misleading, very dishonest and very unprofessional. For such a well-known chain, I was extremely disappointed to have none of the things I had paid for in my stay considering if ai known I would’ve gone to a hotel with none of those things available for a third of the price I paid to have them here. The hot tub specifically needs to be taken off the list because it’s advertised as one of the few places anywhere near here that have one and was my number one reason for booking it and they do not even have one anymore

Staff was very friendly and accomodating.
I was dissappointed about not having a jacuzzi tub...
It was the only reason i chose this hotel.
The upgraded room i was given was enormous with an awesome river view.

I wanted a tub so badly that i moved to a smaller room. (I regretted that, but it was my choice)
The front desk hostess was extremely sweet. The entire stay was very nice. Will definately recommend.
