My room had a wet room shower which was much better than climbing over a bath with no hand rails like Premier Inn. I will definitely stop at this hotel again as suits my needs. Also there two Wetherspoons across the road for good food and beers..
Fairly clean and tidy. Good bathroom. Great location for central Carlisle and the train station. Plenty of parking free for hotel users. Staff were friendly and helpful.
It was noisy outside but quietened off just after midnight. We found it strange that anyone seemed to be able to access the upper floors without needing a key card. Warm room but did have a fan.

The location is great - everything worth seeing and experiencing is within walking distance. Staff was friendly and helpful
The bathroom is like a caravan type bathroom, it feels like it was a cheap add-on to the room. The shower was not great, and unfortunately almost everything made for breakfast was a little over.
