Not a pleasant stay.
Pros:

Free parking at the back of hotel and air conditioning.

Cons:

Hotel is old, reception area looks dark and carpet needs replaced . Streets outside of hotel were dirty and lots of bars and drunks.

The location and staff there 24/7 fan in the room was a bonus as the weather was very hot
