Smart but soulless and stupidly expensive
Pros:

Smart, rooms clean and great views. Breakfast buffet was excellent.

Cons:

Round, shallow pool made swimming awkward. Prices for drinks are ridiculous, two or three times the price of everywhere else we visited. Whole place is so vast it can feel soulless. Probably a great business hotel, not so much for the tourist.

Ok hotel ruined by unfriendly staff

Good size room, good location, great food at breakfast.

Cons:

The staff were unfriendly at breakfast. I arrived 30 minutes before breakfast was scheduled to close and they were visibly annoyed each time! I never took long and had always left before they shut. I also attempted to eat a sandwich in the lobby and they kicked me outside to eat in the 35 degrees heat. I asked for some water and they tried to charge me 200k Dong (about £5.65). I won’t be back.
