Pros:

Its been the third times we stay in Lotte hotel saigon. The foods so good, location is the city center easy to get anywhere. The room comfort and with a good few. However kindly improve your bath tub cleanliness for more safety. Thank you

We had a wonderful stay at Lotte Hotel. The atmosphere was elegant, relaxing, and made us feel comfortable throughout our visit. Every staff member was warm, professional, and always willing to help. We would especially like to thank Ms. Mia and Jane for their exceptional kindness and hospitality. They made us feel truly welcomed and went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant stay. Their genuine care and friendly attitude made our experience even more memorable.

Great Stay in the Heart of Ho Chi Minh City

Lotte Hotel Saigon met our expectations in every way. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the city while offering a peaceful retreat from the busy streets.

The breakfast buffet was outstanding, with an incredible selection of fresh, high-quality international and local dishes. It was a perfect way to start each day.

The service throughout the hotel was great. Every member of the staff was warm, professional, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile.

The property itself is beautiful, well maintained, and offers a luxurious yet comfortable atmosphere. From the rooms to the facilities, everything was of a very high standard.

Overall, this was a 10/10 experience. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend Lotte Hotel Saigon to anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City.

Near Paradise and exceptional service
Pros:

peace and cleanliness. wonderful build. access to great beach. staff are wonderful and service is great. TUK TUK service is exceptional.

Cons:

crazy buffet breakfasts. overcrowded and real injury risk with kids running about. The main bar staff need a bit of extra training.
