Un 5 estrellas perfecto
Pros:

Un verdadero 5 estrellas. Usé muchas de las instalaciones, todo fue perfecto. Excelente el servicio de todos, desde la limpieza, las empleadas del spa, los del bar de la pileta, la atención de la recepción, el conserje y del desayuno. El desayuno era de una variedad y calidad que pocas veces vi, y así fue durante toda la semana que me alojé. Nos quedamos durante el Tet (el año nuevo lunar) y fue ideal poder quedarnos en una habitación con vista al río y ver desde allí los fuegos artificiales sobre el agua.
Como en toda la ciudad, algunos no son fluidos con el inglés, pero todos se esmeran por hacerse entender y resolver las preguntas.
Durante esas celebraciones, muchos lugares en la ciudad están cerrados, así que cenamos dos veces en el bufet (delicioso) y en el restaurante de comida japonesa. Ambos muy recomendables, aunque mucho más caros que comer afuera.
La habitación tenía una cama gigante, todo muy limpio, tele con canales locales. Aire acondicionado, no se podían abrir las ventanas. Tuvimos un problema con una pérdida en un caño del baño pero lo solucionaron inmediatamente.
Hay muchos lugares para cenar cerca del hotel, se puede pasear por el río y está muy cerca de los principales edificios históricos y museos.
Todos los detalles están cuidados: botones, carteles, flores, alfombras, toallas, música de fondo, alfombras.

Cons:

Faltan reposeras, y las pocas que hay se ocupan en seguida y a la mayoría no las cubren las sombrillas. El resto de la pileta muy bien. Lo único que no me gustó para nada fue el restaurante de comida china. Pésimo, carísimo, mucho frío. Pero no depende del hotel.

The swimming pool is so nice, quiet and not windy

Fantastic View, cheerful employees! Everything was perfect.
Pros:

It was the best stay in a hotel that we ever had. The service was fantastic and very cheerful, professional. We got a room with an amazing view. We saw the bridge from our bed. Unfortunately we only stayed for three days. Next time in Ho Chi Minh we will definitely book Lotte again.
