The hotel I return to when I am in Ho Chi Minh City.. the best!
Pros:

Great hotel and amazing staff that goes out of the way to help and to make your stay perfect.
They even got me flowers and cake in my room because it was my birthday.
Can’t recommend this enough!

Pros:

Amazing! after bad experiences with other hotels I chose Lotte as I was sure it would not disappoint.. and it didn’t! Great facilities, very comfortable room and amazing pool. Staff is very professional, attentive and caring.

Beautiful building, clean and great location. But most importantly, the staff were exceptional. Always helpful and great customer experience. We didn’t have one negative interaction with staff. The pool was great, buffet breakfast was incredible and very diverse. We had a spa treatment which was affordable and top quality. Rooms were clean and spacious, with good air conditioning.

Cons:

The shower in the room was slightly small for us, but still fine.
