Cons:

Para nada cumple con la idea que teníamos de un “hotel de 5 estrellas”. Se le notaba viejo, solo media mampara de ducha (detalle que me horroriza), pantalla de TV antigua, decoración pasada de moda o nevera que soltaba agua. Mención especial para el endiablado garaje. ¡Solo para los amantes de las emociones fuertes!

Location and some of the bars and seating areas inside the hotel were nice

Cons:

Breakfast was horrible,poor quality food,,staff at breakfast were dismissive unless you are portuguese.bath water was dirty and brown. Everywhere looks a bit tired, room was ok, but definitely poor value for money

Wonderful staff in a wonderful hotel.
Pros:

The reception staff were wonderful especially Senhor Francisco who went way beyond what was expected of him, to help us. The waiting on staff were equally brilliant. The room was excellent complete with a terrace. My wife was surprised with a cake and Champagne for her birthday. An absolutely wonderful stay and we would love to stay again next year.

Cons:

Nothing, as everything was well beyond our expectations.

ארוחת הבוקר טובה. צוות בחדר האוכל אדיב. בקבלה מנסים לעזור ככל שניתן .

את השרות שניתן בקבלה על ידי עובדת הקבלה המבוגרת.(סליחה גם אני מבוגרת)
החדר לא נוקה בכל יום והמגבות לא הוחלפו. כשהערתי את תשומת לב הפקידה היא הגיבה בכעס וטענה שעלי לבקש ניקיון בכל יום וכי הניקיון היומיומי אינו וודאי.
מיותר לחלוטין וגורע ממאמצי הצוות האחר.
