Great staff. Breakfast was amazing.

Nice, clean, comfortable stay, with a great restaurant and great location!

The staff were very nice and welcoming, especially Bruno! Breakfast was great (besides the scramble eggs), the room was comfortable and clean and the location was perfect for walking distance to some sights, also close to train station. and about 15-20 minutes from Airport.

Cons:

On the second day, there were no water! some pipe exploded or something.. nobody's fault and it was taken care off promptly and within couple of hours it was fixed.

Localização ótima perto de dois metrôs, muitos restaurantes perto e uma caminhada curta da Av da Liberdade.
Camas e chuveiro ótimos! Lençóis muito confortáveis e boa pressão e temperatura da água.

Cons:

Travesseiros velhos e amassados.
Carpete nos quartos.
Ar condicionado muito complicado de regular a temperatura, pois o termostato é muito antigo e não tem a gradação.

Ottima posizione dell’albergo, colazione dí qualità anche se non molto varia per un 5 stelle, ristorante interno apprezzabile.

Отель может похвастаться отличным расположением: он находится недалеко от центра, но при этом на прекрасной тихой улице, вдали от шума.

Из однозначных плюсов хочется отметить хорошие, разнообразные завтраки и наличие двухуровневого подземного паркинга. Парковка платная, но невероятно удобная — прямо оттуда на лифте можно подняться на этаж к своему номеру. Еще одна приятная деталь отеля — очень маленький, но невероятно уютный внутренний дворик, где можно отлично посидеть вечером и выпить пива.

Cons:

Что касается недостатков, отель уже немного «уставший» и ему явно не помешала бы реновация. Местами бросается в глаза грязноватый ковролин в пятнах. Тем не менее, в плане чистоты всё плюс-минус нормально, и для проживания условия вполне приемлемые, особенно учитывая удачную локацию и удобную инфраструктуру.
