Tive que pedir mudança de quarto, pois a acomodação que me puseram havia uma pequena janela que se abria para o chão de um corredor e o cheiro do quarto era forte e ruim !!!! Era um quarto pequeno e escuro . Depois que me deram outra acomodação melhourou bastante .

Pros:

Fine, old classic hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Great facilities: sports bar, good restaurants and excellent fitness facilities. Away from the town centre, so quiet but easy to reach tourist bus terminus by foot.

Overall, the experience was closer to a 4 star hotel or even a 3 star hotel.

Breakfast was decent. The lobby looks and smells nice.

Cons:

Outdated facilities. Jacuzzi had an odor. Unenthusiastic staff. Long wait for order at sports bar. Cold room/ac may have had issues. Bath didn't plug. No heated floors for 5 star hotel. Coffee pods in room had to be bought. Strange sound. Hand towels not replaced when indicated. No robes or slippers. One of the Elevator didn't work. Sauna not working for over 3 days. Water machine not filled in the gym and also bodywash in changing rooms. The double bed was not a true double bet, it was two single beds together. For a 5 star hotel, it was a disappointing experience.
