A localização é ótima, recepção e limpeza são boas e gentis.

Cons:

Já frequento o hotel há anos, quase uma vez por mes fico de sexta a domigo, porém as últimas três estadias demonstraram certos problemas recorrentes e não resolvidos.
1. Os três últimos quartos que fiquei, banheiro alagado. Vaza água do box, do vaso sanitário e da ducha.. Piso todos soltos e mofo nos azulejos.
2. Café da manhã, ja foi muito bom, agora com pouca variedade e falta reposição.
3. Não há organização para pedir um omelete, ovo ou tapioca no café. Os atendentes não fazem nenhuma anotação, não tem mesa marcada, entregam na mesa errada e esquecem seu pedido. Nessa ultima eatadia os dois dias no cafe da manhã que pedi, nao chegou o omelete, esqueceu de pedir, depois entregou na mesa errada. Essa recomendação ja havia sugerido no mês anterior. Para que anotem a mesa, entreguem na ordem ou organize alguma forma.

A cama fazia muito barulho, impossível dormir bem... A limpeza, principalmente debaixo das camas, não estava legal. O box no banheiro não vedava a água e o banheiro sempre alagava. Quarto 406, evitem.

Nos colocaram em um apto para PCD, o chuveiro não esquentava..
Fomos interrompidos no quarto por duas vezes pela camareira, antes do nosso checkout, uma vez enquanto dormíamos.

Café da manhã sem os utensílios necessários...tipo: tinha pães, mas não tinha pegadores, tinha cuscus com potes de coco e leite de coco para complementar, mas não tinha nada que pudesse pegar...e isso foi nos 2 dias que fiquei hospedada.
