Cons:

Solo como critica constructiva, le falta un buen mantenimiento, la puerta del baño esta dañada por la humedad, zonas con moho en el baño, suciedad incrustada, griferia corroída. Mi colchon me hincaba los muelles al dormir…
El hotel es precioso y la atencion al cliente excepcional, pero daba la sensacion de no renovarse.

It was clean. There was a kettle in the room. Breakfast was available.

Cons:

The internet was insecure. The menu on the restaurant was actually for the bar and was not what it said on the menu and was the cheapest easiest food available although the menu read lovely. The car escalator was fine if it wasn't been used by the laundry man.
There was an infrared light outside your door that told you when the card was not being used which obviously told people you were not in your room.
