Lo único que me gustó fue la atención porque por lo demás fatal, las camas súper incómodas lo mismo del sillón fatal fatal, luego me parece súper caro para lo que es me sentí estafada.

Lovely clean hotel very comfy beds we were all inclusive food was good. Staff very friendly and helpful but Jose was polite always had a smile even when very busy he’s a credit to the hotel, would we stay there again yes definitely

Wow , arrived early and was able to check in and put our bags in a safe place , came back at check in time and was shown an amazing room , comfy beds , amazing shower .
The gentleman on reception was really nice and very informative, explained everything, didn’t get his name but he was a true credit to the hotel .
Everything at the hotel was great and you could see that various refurbishments was being done , everything was spotless . Spent the afternoon on the sun beds near the pool bar which was well staffed and with no shortage of places to sit and enjoy the sun.
The food area was very clean and tidy and had a fairly decent selection of things to eat .
I’ve got to be honest and say we would highly recommended this hotel and would definitely stay again , yes it’s not expensive and some areas are a bit dated but if the service and cleanliness is first class why would you not try it .
We only stayed one night and would highly suggest that you try the hotel . It is a quiet place but caleta if a €4 taxi away if you want a bit more excitement.

Havent't planned to be there, but it happened bcs. of diverted flight.
Good dinner in all included, but if u have morning flight, u will not have luch packs with u, and the breakfast starts at later, then in other hotels.

Esperienza decisamente pessima. Il livello di pulizia della camera, in particolare del bagno, era inaccettabile. Nella doccia erano presenti capelli, segno evidente che non era stata pulita correttamente prima del mio arrivo. Inoltre dalla doccia proveniva un forte odore di fogna, davvero nauseante e impossibile da ignorare. Ho chiesto in cambio della camera e mi è stato negato dalla ragazza alla reception (nonostante camere libere come da info della receptionist dateci al momento del check-out). Il nauseante odore di fogna è stato risolto da un incaricato, ma ho dovuto più volte richiedere di pulire il bagno dopo la manutenzione alla doccia. Dopo 3 solleciti (circa un ora dopo) è arrivata un addetta lamentandosi che non avrebbe dovuto farlo lei... Lo ha fatto comunque, in modo superficiale. Le piastrelle del pavimento della camera erano state "rattoppate" alla buona, con un effetto sgradevole e anche pericolose. Nel corridoio esterno alla camera vi erano dei lavori di tinteggiatura, e non solo il corridoio è stato lasciato in utilizzo, non sono stati nemmeno raccolti i calcinacci.

Lo stato di manutenzione lasciava molto a desiderare, come la gestione del personale in genere. I luoghi danno un’impressione generale di trascuratezza e scarsa attenzione alla struttura. Il personale è gentile, ma altamente disorganizzato e inconcludente. Sono problemi basilari che in un albergo non dovrebbero esistere.

Nel complesso una permanenza molto sgradevole. La pulizia e la manutenzione dovrebbero essere il minimo indispensabile per qualsiasi struttura ricettiva, ma qui purtroppo sono completamente carenti. Non lo consiglierei e sicuramente non ci tornerei.
