Na plus zdecydowanie zasługuje obsługa hotelu – wszyscy byli bardzo mili, uprzejmi, uśmiechnięci i pomocni, co bardzo sobie cenimy. Jedzenie również było bardzo dobre i tutaj naprawdę nie mamy żadnych zastrzeżeń.

Mieliśmy dwa pokoje – jeden był odnowiony, z klimatyzacją i ten spełnił nasze oczekiwania, wszystko było w porządku. Natomiast drugi znajdował się w starszej części hotelu i tutaj niestety pozostaje wiele do życzenia. W pokoju był bardzo nieprzyjemny zapach chloru i kanalizacji, co mocno wpływało na komfort pobytu. Uważam też, że nad ogólną czystością hotelu można jeszcze popracować.

Największym minusem hotelu był jednak całkowity brak przystosowania dla rodzin z dziećmi. Na Bookingu skusiliśmy się na ten hotel głównie przez zdjęcia basenu dla dzieci, natomiast poza tym hotel praktycznie nie oferuje żadnych atrakcji dla najmłodszych. Stare, zardzewiałe dwie huśtawki i jedna zjeżdżalnia to wszystko. Baseny zamykane są już o 18, a hotel znajduje się daleko od miasta, w pustej okolicy, więc po południu i wieczorem naprawdę nie ma tam co robić z dziećmi.

Byliśmy z 3-latkiem i 8-miesięcznym synkiem i codziennie musieliśmy mocno kombinować, jak zorganizować im czas. Młodszy synek budził się o 6 rano i praktycznie przez większość czasu musiałam nosić go na rękach, bo w hotelu nie było nawet małego kącika zabaw czy miejsca, gdzie można byłoby choć na chwilę zająć dziecko.

To zdecydowanie największy minus tego miejsca i uważam, że hotel powinien naprawdę pomyśleć o rodzinach z dziećmi. Niestety z tego powodu nie mogę polecić go rodzinom podróżującym z małymi dziećmi.

We came mid March Not expecting much,just a cheap holiday in the sun
However when we arrived and shown to our superior room we were surprised how modern and clean the room was, a lovely balcony air con,fridge,TV, and a powerful walk in shower
The food was a bit hit and miss but having stayed at 4 star accommodation in the past this was on par with them and you always found something to eat.
There were plenty of sunbeds can't comment on how cold the pool was as didn't venture in. Pool bar staff were attentive and friendly as were the house maids who cleaned our rooms.on a regular basis and always had a smile on the faces.
Night time. Not much entertainment, the bar area was small but always found a shared table and met new people to talk to.
Other people's reviews say it is remote middle of nowhere I can assure you it is not . Turn right out of the hotel 1min walk 3 bars all very reasonable prices and a couple of restaurants further down the road If you turn left walk over the moon walk You are in Caleta de fuste in 15 mins or a taxi 5 euros
Overall we had a relaxing and peaceful time. We enjoyed the holiday that much that we have booked to come again in June.

Me gustó mucho cómo tenian organizado la hora de los snacks..Normalmente se suele hacer un buffet pequeño en la zona de piscinas en algunos hoteles donde he estado, aquí lo tenían en el restaurante donde se desayuna, almuerza y cena...algo que me pareció genial porque de esta forma, se controla más y la zona se mantiene limpia y ordenada.
La habitación, a pesar de algunos comentarios, estaba genial, aire acondicionado y un minibar, al menos la que nos tocó a nosotros, camas muy cómodas y disponíamos de dos almohadas, así que estuvo bien. Yo usé sólo una pero mi marido puso dos. No hubo ruidos durante la noche.( Al menos en nuestra zona)El chico de animación nos gustó mucho. Es verdad que no hay mucha durante la noche pero no tan mal en el karaoke 😉
Camareros muy agradables, destacando el de piscina, y uno de los del bar cafetería que estuvo la noche del 08( disculpen por no saber los nombres, soy muy mala para ellos)Este último mandó a llevar a una camarera a la mesa otra ronda de nuestra bebida sin haberlo pedido porque ya iban a cerrar, todo un detalle, Él sabía que era nuestra primera noche y no sabíamos que cerraban a las 23:00☺️

Location at easy reach from the airport and well serviced by public transport. Staff super friendly great swimming pool

It was our first time at this hotel, we enjoyed our stay here, our room was nice and overlooked the pool, the extra space with having a lounge and balcony was good, bathroom had a lovely shower in it. The location was good, it was a nice walk into Caleta de Fuste, there was also a bus stop near by which came in handy for exploring the island.
All the staff were very friendly but I would like to give a shout out to Barbara on the desk nothing was too much trouble for her and she had a lovely personality, we always had a laugh with her, Ciao Barbara.
