The staff were so friendly and helpful particularly around parking. The breakfast was also simply fantastic and it is a beautiful place to stay. Great value for money.

There are several reason why this hotel has become a must-go for me whenever I go to Cortona. The staff is welcoming and full of little attentions that make you feel like you are at home. The breakfast is awesome , with a very large choice of sweet and salty treats, featuring the flavors and typical ingredients of Tuscany. In the evening, the hotel proposes a choice of biscuits that you can taste with the accompaniment of vin santo - a real treat! The cleanliness is immaculate and the rooms are furnished with taste.

Questa è la nostra quarta volta qui. E che dire…è sempre un piacere. L'accoglienza e la spontanea gentilezza di tutto il personale ci riempie sempre il cuore. La stanza sempre bellissima, curata, pulitissima. Come sempre il fiore all'occhiello è la colazione a buffet, ricchissima, super variegata, sia la parte salata che quella dolce. I dolci fatti in casa sono qualcosa di divino, i prodotti sono di altissima qualità e soddisfano tutte le esigenze. L'altro punto forte di Villa Marsili è l'attenzione al dettaglio, le piccole coccole che riservano all'ospite dal punto di vista culinario e non solo. Offrono un meraviglioso aperitivo dalle 19 alle 20 con spuntini preparati da loro e ottimi drink. E che dire poi della pasticceria notturna con i loro biscotti e cantucci con vin santo. L'atmosfera è davvero intima, rilassante e rigenerante. Ovviamente ritorneremo.

Everything was exceptional. The hotel is beautiful, elegant, and full of charm. The room was spotless, comfortable, and very quiet. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help. The breakfast was delicious with great variety, and the complimentary transfer service was a wonderful surprise. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the historic center while still being peaceful. I truly loved every moment of my stay.
Honestly, there was nothing I didn’t like. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I wouldn’t change a thing.

Ao chegar no hotel (como diz meu filho, "casa da Nonna") a receptividade já é calorosa! A senhora Marina nos recebeu muito bem e de cara você se sente em casa. Desde a entrada para do jardim, à recepção e o quarto foi amor a primeira vista. Agora, o café da manhã é um assunto a parte. A variedade, qualidade, capricho e cuidado aos detalhes da mesa, buffet e atendimento no serviço é só elogios. Nota máxima em tudo.
