Night before my big wedding day and they showed no care to accommodate better
Pros:

Only good thing was the breakfast and warm pool for the kids.

Cons:

No internet the first room we had the air didn’t work and waited a hour for them to try to fix it at 9pm with three kids and we only got there at 8 they refused to give my money back after asking due to amenities not being provided they eventually switched me rooms but didn’t solve much and still paid full price as staff apparently didn’t know how to reverse the booking.

We had stayed here about 8 years ago, it has been upgraded since. We definitely will be back!
Pros:

Staff were incredible..
Great location to run into Calgary zoo, and science center .
Breakfast had everything you could want, and more!
Pool and waterslide was bonus for the kiddos!
Rooms clean and spacious!

Cons:

Loved it all!

Great stay while in town to visit family! Great for the kids, pool and breakfast were highlights!
Pros:

Breakfast was much more than expected. There were so many options, the fruit was amazing, my kiddos loved the bacon, waffles and eggs! By far an awesome breakfast!! The waterslide at the pool was a big feature for the kids they loved it! Room was great, super quiet, we were on the ground floor and had a great sleep!
