Good value, good location.
Pros:

The hotel has just bern totally remodeled. The grand opening was the day after we left! Very clean snd well done.

Cons:

The oatmeal was not cooked in the morning.

Cons:

The front desk employees were not friendly or welcoming at check out. Very disappointed by their actions. They barely spoke English, I wanted to use two cads to split the cost they messed that all up.

Very comfortable…didn’t realize they had an exercise room
Pros:

Variety of breakfast; I was prepared to eat what we had the day before… variety was great and saved us from going out, spending more money u til we needed to go

Cons:

Lost access to phone service on room phone, but it didn’t hinder what we needed

Recently remodeled room as a matter of fact they are still remodeling. Looked nice. Good breakfast selections.

Cons:

The floor in my room was very very very dirty. The main lobby entryway was cleaner than the floor in my room. I was told the cleaning staff would be notified but no one came to clean it.

The property was fine, it was the staff at the front office at the time of my check in that was very rude and made it seemed like she didn’t want us to stay there. She even asked me if I was going to stay there or go somewhere else before she ran my card when I had already paid for my room.

前台很热情，正常3点入住，我们到得早，客房清理好，就帮我们办理了入住。
周边的环境很好，有湖，有商业，有商超，有餐饮，很安静，也很安全；
前台帮忙寻找路线，推荐周边设施
酒店很安静，床很软，没有噪音，睡觉很舒服

Cons:

入住第二天客房未打扫，似乎不是每天打扫。
交通不方便，出行只能靠Uber
不能开窗，房间内靠新风系统换气；

Pros:

The only postive comment I can make is that Ashley the Manager was very kind and helpful with check in and setting us up for Hilton Honors to save us on Early Check in. Other than that, for the price we paid, the beds were uncomfortable and cheap, the Fire Alarm in the room Flashed all night, The breakfast options were lacking and bland, and the "Construction Remodel" Removed Convenience from side exits to easier access to our Vehicle.
