I have stayed at royal suite hotel couple of times now & everytime the staff excel with great hospitality, care and customer service. Due to the nature of my job I travel a lot & have had privilege of staying at some of the most expensive & luxurious hotels in the world yet the kind of experience that I received from royal suite hotel triumphs over as one of the best.
I would like to thank pattha, korn,gram,bew , pa and namo for making my stay wonderful. And special thanks to Melissa for her exceptional attention to detail in her service & for remembering my meal preferences even though I last visited 3 months ago. It is honestly one of the best hotels in Bangkok with outstanding service & hospitality.
Thanks & looking forward for staying again in the near future.

Nice, quiet, budget friendly place in Bangkok. It is unfortunately not the best location - it will take about 30 minutes to get to major tourist spots but overall it was a really good experience. Staff were very helpful even with the language barrier and the food was excellent for breakfast. There is also a nice pool and a little gym.

We were in the suite had full flanged facilities including kitchen. The location is very convenient and easily excessable. Also offers free shuttle service to nearest metro Station from where you can reach city centre very easily particularly shopping jolts. Staff is also very cooperative. Have cafe named Fuzio offering all delicious meals.

Not a bad place to stay for a few nights in Bangkok. About 50 to 60 Euros for the two nights, as far as I can remember, including breakfast.

Room was spacious - not great views - but the bed was comfortable and the shower was hot and worked well.

Swimming pool was used - and empty when we were there - well maintained and good views of the city too.

Breakfast was basic enough - and regularly stocked and supplied - although the first day there was no eggs - and a lot of the food is more like dinner fare than something light for breakfast - but that suits the Asian clientele I guess!

On the set menu and drinks at the bar - prices were pretty expensive, although staff were attentive and kind and we did have a few shots and cocktails.

Only real negative I have is that its a bit far from the main action of the city.
Otherwise it was a very decent place to stay.

The hotel has spacious rooms with a separate drawing room cum kitchen. Rooms are well furnished and maintained clean. Restaurant, though small offers variety of food. Breakfast menu is limited. Swimming pool is on the top floor of the second building.

Good stay with my family. It is a residential location so no chaos and complete silence. They have a mini kitchen and microwave inside suite rooms. Rooms are spacious and clean. Navigation from hotel is also smooth and you can call taxi/gran any time.

Very poor service. My wife and I booked for a second night. My wife showed the lady at the reception the confirmation email from Agoda. The hotel did not receive the confirmation email from Agoda and asked my wife to call Agoda instead of calling themselves. It was their job to call Agoda and not my wife's.

It was lovely overall but I think the toilet wasn’t working as well as it could have been and nor was the sink as clean as it could have been but nonetheless it was a great room, great balcony view and space to hang out on the balcony too!

One of the worst hotel. They treating indians very bad. They are giving very very bad rooms to us, room lights not working properly and bathroom water coming to room. But they are showing good room in photos alone. They are having good room but giving to others. Room need renovation. They think the rooms are giving free to us. But we paid huge via our trip agent. No proper room service. They don't have Indian foods. In breakfast they provided idly but that was very hard to eat. Staff don't know English well. If we say anything veg they will bring something non veg.

Its was really wonderfull hotel i saw at bankong that atmosphere at swimming pool was really good and your staff sanook is really help us like a family person and reception staff also NAN and i forgot another girl name one suggestion if indian people come means provide some Indian dish on breakfast. We didn't eat this kind of food 😞 we grow like this that why don't take me wrong its my suggestion. If Okay you go head

PARK ROYAL SUITE BANGKOK is an excellent choice for those seeking accommodation with comprehensive amenities in a prime Bangkok location.

When you got your room here, check the cleanness of the room (including Air Conditioner, filty dusts on furnitures, unclean floor, or dirts in bathroom, etc.) and make sure to call the front desk to make your complaint clearly and loudly, to get a better room that we deserve. The hotel staff seem to keep me (a foreigner in Thailand) in humiliation and shame. As I got into the room, I checked and pointed the several places so filty, dirty, damaged, uncleaned in the room (especially A/C and its filter which was full of thick, dirty and filty layers of "black" dust or fugus). As I was checking, I kept taking pictures (as I speaking to the hotel staff). After all, they changed the room immediately.

### Review of Royal Suite Bangkok

Our stay at the Royal Suite Bangkok was highly disappointing and not at all suitable for a leisure or vacation trip to Bangkok. Here are the main issues we encountered:

1. **Location**: The hotel is extremely far from the main city, making it highly inconvenient for sightseeing or enjoying Bangkok's attractions.

2. **Food Options**: There were no vegetarian food options available, which is a significant drawback for Indian and vegetarian travelers.

3. **Room Conditions**: The room was just okay but had inadequate lighting, making it feel gloomy and uncomfortable.

4. **Hotel Condition**: The hotel is very old and desperately needs renovation. The overall ambiance is outdated and not up to the mark.

In conclusion, the Royal Suite Bangkok does not meet the standards expected for a comfortable stay. The distance from the city, lack of vegetarian food options, poor room lighting, and the hotel's old condition make it a place I would not recommend to anyone.

Amazing place ….. very helpful especially a young man named Six at the front of house . We have an amazing time in bangkok and the breakfast in the morning was lovely and fresh and we will definitely be going back there when we visit bangkok again. Thank you for a lovely holiday on out stop around Asia

Very comfortable suite room with all the necessary amenities and more.
Super helpful and friendly staff at all times of the day and within a short walk to the nearest 7/11 and train station on the Sky Train
Our room was on the 11th floor with quiet hallway, black out curtains certainly helped with the jet lag!

The rooms are big and spacious but the location is not that good.Quite far from tourist places
Breakfast spread is quite poor for a star hotel.Very unsatisfactory food and taste not good at all.The staff at the restaurant also need to be more service oriented

Wer primär eine Unterkunft sucht, um von dort aus Bangkok zu durchstreifen, für den ist das Royal Suite Hotel vom Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis her durchaus empfehlenswert: Die Küchenzeile könnte für Selbstversorger etwas besser ausgerüstet sein - aber die Kleinigkeiten lassen sich schnell besorgen.
Der Dachpool ist gepflegt und überraschenderweise still - trotz der vorbeiführenden Hochstraßen! EInkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe gibt's zuhauf und mein persönliches Highlight: so gut wie keine Moskitos in der Ungebung! ;)))
