I had an extremely disappointing experience with Country Inn & Suites by Radisson. I reserved and stayed in **one room**, yet I was charged for an additional room that I never intended to book or use.

After discovering the extra charge, I contacted the hotel multiple times hoping they would correct what I believe was a billing mistake. Instead of investigating or offering a solution, I was repeatedly told there was "nothing they could do." As a paying customer, that's incredibly frustrating to hear when you're trying to resolve what appears to be an obvious error.

Customer service should include taking the time to review a guest's concerns and work toward a fair resolution. Unfortunately, I was left feeling dismissed and forced to dispute the charge through my bank because the hotel refused to help.

I expected much better from a Radisson property. Until this issue is resolved, I can't recommend staying here based on my.

Don't do it.
Pros:

Beds were clean. But the overall hotel was dirty. My door lock was out of order and had to be repaired 3 times. The next door room had the door frame come off.

Whole thing. Should have checked out first day and stayed at Holiday Inn next door!

My husband and I did not think this hotel was good enough to come back.

I like that they offer free breakfast. The lady at the front desk has great customer service.

Cons:

The first room smelled like mildew. The room had a strong dirty mop water smell. My husband and I asked for another room. The second room was much better. There were staff knocking on our door asking if we were checking out before checkout time. My husband and I found that very disruptive and like they were rushing our stay there. Also there were people smoking weed outside of the property by the entry doors. It was not a pleasant smell when entering and leaving the property.
