Загалом готель непоганий, з гарним місцерозташуванням, але своїми значними недоліками.
Pros:

Хороше розташування, магазини поруч, завжди можна було знайти паркомісце для авто недалеко від готелю, безкоштовно. Кімнати великі, з великими терасами, проте старим ремонтом.

Cons:

Дуже одноманітний сніданок кожного дня. За 8 днів надоїдає. Ремонт старуватий, але кімнати великі з великими терасами. Є кухня, проте прибиральники не миють посуд і в кімнаті немає ні тряпки ні миючого засобу для того, щоб помити самому. в Лютому була дуже холодна вода в басейнах, навіть в тому одному який підігрівався вона була тепла лише під вечір. Погана шумоізоляція та надто мʼякий диван в кухні.

Pas assez chaleureux , une impression de colonie ou de cantine , pas assez de chaise et table pour ce poser .
Mobiliers trop vieux . Manque plutôt des fauteuils plus confortable..

Chambre à rénover trop vieux. Salle de bain pareil … à refaire . Cela est dommage de partir en vacances et d’être dans une salle de bain beaucoup moins bien que chez nous. Évier bouché .

El personal muy amable, habitación cómoda y tranquila.

Cons:

El horario del desayuno es hasta las 10:30, eran las 10:40 y una cama era insistiendo que acabáramos ya porque iban a cerrar. Si el horario es hasta las 10:30, hasta esa hora sigue entrando gente por lo que deben de dar un margen para poder comer con tranquilidad y sin agobios.

Excellent hotel to relax and recuperate.
Pros:

The hotel was excellent and had all the required necessities for a relaxing stay. It has a gym, spa and evening shows. They have 3 pools with one being heated; it didn’t feel very warm however we got lucky as the sun was out slightly. The staff are super friendly and accommodate to all your needs. It’s super close to the airport and very close to the local beach.

I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing stay! The dinners are themed every night and the evening shows tend to coordinate with the themes. They also offer to store your luggage after your stay which is super helpful. They are local grocery stores within 5 minutes walk distance to grab anything additional items you require.

Cons:

The evening shows would have been better if it was outside as it was hard to view the acts in the indoor theatre. However, this was not due to the hotel but in fact as a result of poor weather.

paid 300 eur more thanks to change rate; child bed was actually provisional bed in living room incorporated into sofa; our first room was so noisy (steel fire staircase and some hiden machinery) we had to ask for moving to another room (which was fine)

Extremely disappointing stay due to poor room condition, cold pool, and inadequate service
Pros:

I liked the only fact that I am in Tenerife. Very disappointed experience with this hotel. I tried do not spend much days there and go to the city and Siam park and other entertainment in Tenerife.

Cons:

The worst experience of all inclusive 4 stars hotel I ever had in my life for such money. The pool was not heated, kids couldn’t swim. The room was with mold, rusty fixtures, shower also rusty and dirty, low pressure of the water, TV remote not working, no electric kittle, room and building inside like in very cheap hotel - poor and dirty. slow/inadequate response from hotel staff. The staff (cleaners) were rude to my kids, shout on them and try enter to the shower while they were in and scared them. Food the same and not tasty at all. The restaurant look like the cheapest place for food.
