Not a lot
It felt run down and the water stunk like pig shut. After showering I stunk. For the entire day until I made it to my final destination where I could shower again. The worst part was it was an extremely hot day here in west Texas and so I was sweeting after leaving there and people were looking at me like I shit my pants.
Absolutely embarrassing and brutal on their part.

Very disappointed with this hotel first it was very stinky had to buy spray second charge me for two bath towels and tub mat saying they were extra dirty look like oil on the towels please that’s ridiculous and the ice machine had mole. All over it nenver again will me and my family stay there I give them a 1 out of 5
It was an okay location
Had so many problems with our room
The room was very large. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were heavenly! A/C was nice and cold. Loved the little individual cup coffee maker. It was very convenient, as was the in-room fridge. The housekeeping staff immediately gave us more coffee and a blanket when we asked for those items.
The pool was closed because the hotel was being remodeled. We didn't know that until we arrived, but the lack of a pool was only a minor inconvenience and the remodeling wasn't much bother to us as we were only in the room to sleep most the time. Would have stayed even if we knew in advance.
The bed metal we kept bumping into and now we have bruises also our room had a bad smell

Unfortunately, our stay did not meet expectations. Upon arrival, we discovered that the hotel was undergoing construction; however, this was not disclosed prior to booking, nor was the closure of the pool.
Throughout our stay, the toilet in our room remained clogged, and it was extremely difficult to receive assistance from staff to have the issue resolved. In addition, our room was never serviced, and I had to visit the front desk personally to obtain clean towels.
Overall, our experience was very disappointing due to the lack of communication regarding the construction, the unresolved maintenance issue, and the poor housekeeping service. Given these circumstances, I would like to respectfully request a full refund for our stay.
This was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. I planned this trip to stay at Comfort Suites with my family, and nowhere was it advertised that the pool was closed or that the hotel was under construction.
During our stay, housekeeping never came to our room to clean, refresh the room, or provide clean towels. For three days, I had to repeatedly go to the front desk and ask for towels myself. When I brought this up, the staff claimed we had a "Do Not Disturb" sign on our door, which is impossible because we were never provided with one.
To make matters worse, the toilet in our room continually backed up and would not flush properly. We had to request a plunger and deal with the issue ourselves throughout our stay.
Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. We paid for amenities and services that were either unavailable or not provided. Given the multiple issues we encountered, I believe a partial refund of at least half of our stay would be appropriate.
Room was nice and roomy
Just wished they would have posted on their website that they were under construction/remodeling. I have severe allergies now from all the dust in the elevator and hallway.
I loved how welcoming the staff was, very attentive!
It was so hot inside the rooms, had little ac units on the windows and it kept turning off all night, was not a very comfortable sleep at all!
Great spot easy to get to, the beds were comfy and the room when you opened the door you can smell the cleanness. Even when they were cleaning the room across from us you can smell the scent when they were mopping.
The parking is kinda weird I like to see my car but it was parked in the back and the hotel was remodeling but it wasn’t that bad the workers were nice and wasn’t extremely loud.
The hot breakfast was very nice and delicious
