It was very difficult to check-in late, past 10pm. There was far too much confusion and delays. They picked up the breakfast buffet 45 minutes early each morning. They added a hidden charge of $140, whiuch Expedia got refunded to me. The place and the rooms are beautiful, but the attitude and service is despicable.

Internet is terrible, I found a better connection at a nearby restaurant.

Old towels, lack of maintenance in general.

The air conditioning doesn't work and if it works you don't feel it at all. We spent hot nights. The buffet breakfasts were very good although they did not have a variety of milk or gluten-free foods.

The redeeming thing was the very attentive and helpful staff, excellent attitude and friendliness, they try to solve things the best they can.
