Pros:

Location was convenient
Room was spacy
Extremely comfortable beds
Staff i encountered checking in/out were great and friendly!
Love the room layout in the king suite
Lots of storage space

Cons:

Called me less then 1 day before to let me know the room I paid for was no longer available due to upgrades in the hotel they didn't have the jacuzzi tubs any longer and didn't compensate me for loosing that ammenity.
* Lots of exposed wires underneath tv that were stuffed in a cut out in the wall.
*Nasty hair in bathtub, not clean and tub was chipped.
*Extremely thin walls and floors. Heard nosie above and on the sides of the room all night for 2 days.

I did not like how I was being charged for my stay before arriving to check-in because I chose to pay at the property, not online before hand.

The staff was nice but I was disappointed with the jacuzzi
Pros:

The layout of the room was nice and open. The bed was very comfortable as well.

Cons:

My husband and I got the jacuzzi suit and the water was not even hot. It was more like luke warm I was very very disappointed. Also the jets didn't work properly at all it was no jets at all almost I felt like I was in a big luke warm bath, not a relaxing hot Jacuzzi like I was really looking forward to. Also I. Told the staff and they told me I would get 4000 points added to my account for the inconvenience and I never did.

Overall a pleasant stay.
Pros:

A nice clean hotel. The room we had was nice.

Cons:

I would prefer a nice chair or loveseat in a king room instead of what was in the room.
Also I would expect more selection for the breakfast area. The pancake machine and size of pancakes certainly could have been better.

Pros:

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an excellent experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and attentive, and check-in was quick and easy. Wintyr, was the front desk representative and she was went above and beyond to make our stay very pleasant. She greeted us with a kind and friendly smile! I appreciated the quiet environment and the convenience of nearby amenities. Overall, a great stay—I would definitely book again.

We had a suite and it came with a separate room with a king size bed and then the main room has a large sitting area with kitchen. The main room had two queen size beds. Very nice for a large family.

This situation was handeled extremely out of line.

Nothing. Management should reach out to us.

Cons:

The staff were not able to control an entire soccer team of boys jumping in the pool and throwing a football around inside the building. No parents were present. The cops were called on us for trying to leave the building and random people that became involved were physically blocking the entrance of the hotel. This was an unnecessary dangerous situation that was created due to lack of managerial control. The front desk staff had a woman run up to our windows screaming at us claiming to be the general manager. The officer called had no problem with us and was actually the only person that was apologetic. The “gm” wearing pjs was clearly not staff. Very inappropriate. We will be contacting higher up. This is embarrassing.
We were also accused of being child predators for taking pictures of the pool area to show corporate (as we were told to do). See below.
If the staff called a family member/friend/soccer parent to drive to the hotel to cuss us out as we were leaving they should be fired. This almost turned into a physical altercation. We were harassed, degraded, and held at the entrance.

The hotel was decent. The location was perfect. The room was okay. There were a few nasty stains in the carpet and we we on the first floor and there was a lot of loud noise coming from the room above us.
