Pleasant experience
Pros:

We had a fantastic time at the Hampton Inn Carrollton. The front desk staff welcomed us quickly and made check-in very easy. Shaneka and Ladonna were amazing and very helpful. Our room was clean, quiet, and the bed was very cozy. The location is perfect and close to local food spots. Their Breakfast had delicious food choices. We would happily stay here again!

The customer service was excellent from the start, and the atmosphere was very welcoming. The breakfast was outstanding, and the rooms were spacious and tidy. I would give this hotel a four-star rating. Additionally, Heather Curry and the manager, Ladonna, were incredibly helpful in addressing a concern I had, earning my praise of 10 out of 10.

Customer service went above and beyond!
Pros:

Ms. Ferguson, the manager, and staff went above and beyond for our family, making sure our special needs child was taken care of. We had several family members staying in multiple rooms and everyone enjoyed their experience. The rooms were very clean, the pool was well taken care of, and breakfast had a great variety every day. We will recommend this hotel to all friends and family in the area based on customer service alone, the other stuff was just a bonus!

Disappointed no EV charger
Pros:

Though I enjoyed the stay and the staff were nice, having an EV charger would’ve made my experience more enjoyable: it’s incredibly difficult to find chargers in Carrollton. I found myself having to commute to Newnan to be able to charge my Tesla.
