Lovely stay.
Pros:

Awesome stay
Pros:

We only stayed 1 night but the room was so nice. We stayed last year at the same time and the remodel made a huge difference. Breakfast was good and had plenty of options for grab and go. I didn't take any pictures but it looks exactly as it does online. Night and morning staff were so friendly.

Great family experience
Pros:

I stayed at the Hampton Inn in Carrollton for a family wedding and it was a pleasant stay. They reserved a room block at a discounted price and many family members were roomed on the same floor. The staff was kind and courteous the entire time and breakfast had a wide variety of options.

There was only one night, but it was very good

Disappointed as Hampton steadily going downhill as prices rise.
Pros:

Disappointed in numerous ways:

TV has no access to HDMI so no way to connect computer or roku.

Breakfast was second rate. For the price, they should have had real eggs instead of pre-frozen omelets. Everything else was pure carbs. No yogurt. Minimal fresh fruit. Wow! Has Hampton Inn gone downhill.

Shower head too high for short people to adjust.

Thermostat ignores setting we made to increase temperature 1 degree.

No recycle bin. But, then this is Alabama.

USB Port doesn't work. Doesn't anyone ever check the little things?

The only saving grace was the nice staff and a clean room.

What a comedown!

Pros:

Everything was fresh clean and new! The staff was inviting at check in and check out. Breakfast was great and coffee was fresh. The only thing I’d change is the showerhead and water temp. The shower head is like chasing water to find the stream and the water wasn’t close to hot. Other than that great stay!
