Great accommodations and service all around.
Pros:

From the first day of our arrival to the last day we really felt at home: everybody was very friendly, cheerful and accommodating and wanted to go extra mile..

Cons:

Considering the value for the money, pretty much nothing we did not like.

Amazing location,so nice and clean hotel
Pros:

Perfect location so close to Trevi and you can walk to Spanish Steps. Staff were really nice and helpful. We like the breakfast it was always fresh. Hotel was so clean and organized.

Cons:

We booked 2 rooms,one of room had amazing bathroom but the other one had so small shower so it was a little uncomfortable.But all the rest was perfect

Cons:

The hotel didn’t tell us in advance that the car parking has an additional fee. When we came to collect it they just left it unopened on the main road without telling us! And then demanded a payment before giving us the key. Shocking.

Sweet Hotel in Rome
Pros:

This hotel is lovely. Our room was a little small but workable. It was clean, and decorated beautifully. The service was top notch and the location was fabulous. Walkable to Trevi fountain and Spanish Steps as well as shopping. Close to public transportation too.

A Home Away from Home
Pros:

I had an unexpected stay at this hotel after suffering an accident in Rome and spending an entire day at the hospital. I arrived injured, exhausted, and worried, but from the moment I checked in, everyone made me feel genuinely welcome and cared for.

Every single member of the staff was incredibly kind and professional. The reception team was compassionate and always ready to help, the housekeeping staff was thoughtful and attentive, and the restaurant staff was friendly and caring throughout my stay.

Their kindness made a difficult situation much easier to cope with, and I will always remember the warmth and humanity I experienced here.

Thank you to the entire team for making me feel safe, comfortable, and truly looked after. I would not hesitate to stay here again, and I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rome. Five stars, without a doubt.
