Tolle Lage! Schönes, sauberes Zimmer.
Pros:

Die Lage hat uns sehr gut gefallen.
Zimmer war ok. Lüftung im Bad hat nicht funktioniert.
Klimaanlage leider unglaublich kalt eingestellt.
Das Bett war sehr bequem.

Cons:

Die Bar hat zu kurze Öffnungszeiten!
Sehr hellhörig. Konnten das Paar nebenan Wort für Wort streiten hören!

Excellent staff, hard to feel down when the staff is this nice! I recommend the suite with canal view. Just shop local wine shops for their house wine and enjoy it in the room = cheaper than the regular room!

Incredible staff, wonderful air conditioning and extremely comfortable beds.
Pros:

It’s away from the main tourist attractions and city center, which created a calm and relaxing vibe. Water taxis can pull right up to the hotel for easy transportation.

Cons:

The sink in the room we stayed in wasn’t mounted in the wall, so it would occasionally push forward.

We recently stayed here and overall had a fantastic experience. We loved how it was located in a quiet area, yet it remained incredibly conveniently situated just a 15 minute walk from the train station and close to plenty of great local restaurants.

​From the moment we arrived, the service was top notch. Reception was incredibly friendly, and having cold water available at check in was a great touch.

​What We Loved (The Highs)
• ​The Breakfast (10/10): Absolutely exceptional. They offer a great mix of a continental spread alongside hot bacon and eggs. Easily one of the highlights of the stay.
• ​The Rooms: Very spacious, clean, and featured incredibly comfortable beds.
• ​Room Amenities: Well equipped with a fridge, coffee making facilities, a safety box for valuables, and complimentary water.
• ​The Bathroom: Spotlessly clean and beautifully designed.
• ​Outdoor Space: There is a great outdoor courtyard seating area which was perfect for relaxing.

Cons:

Areas to Work On (The Lows)

• ​Power Outlets: There are no power plugs or USB ports next to the beds, which made charging phones overnight pretty inconvenient.
• ​Shower Pressure: The water pressure in the shower was quite low and could definitely use an upgrade.

​Verdict: Aside from the shower pressure and the lack of bedside plugs, this is a lovely, clean, and welcoming hotel. We would definitely stay here again!

Charmantes Hotel für ein paar entspannte Tage
Pros:

Gute Lage in einem entspannten Viertel. Fussläufig viele gute Lokale und eine Vaporettostation. Ordentliches Frühstück in altem Gemäuer oder im Innenhof. Geräumiges, gut klimatisiertes Zimmer. Freundlicher Service vor allem an der Rezeption.

Cons:

Mobiliar ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Aber das Ganze hat durchaus Charme. Dusche in der Wanne nicht mehr zeitgemäß

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Eurostars Cannaregio in Venice! The hotel is beautiful, clean, and very comfortable, located in a quiet neighborhood that offers a peaceful escape from the busy tourist areas.

One of the highlights was the hotel's private water taxi dock, which made arriving and departing incredibly convenient. While it's a bit of a walk to many of Venice's main attractions, we found it well worth it. We loved returning each evening to a calm, relaxing area away from the large crowds, while still being close enough to explore everything Venice has to offer.

The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quieter, more authentic Venice experience.
