Nice quiet area
We got a Junior Family Suite for our stay. The description says it’s a split level room. The photo also showed a bathtub. Our room was not split level and the bathroom had no bathtub. The shower was also extremely tiny (I would hit my elbows when I shower). When I asked why our room looked nothing like the description - we were told this was an alternative layout and that we should have requested for a bathtub to be given one. While I’m normally not so fussy, I would have appreciated if this alternative layout and tiny shower was accurately described in the main booking page so I would have known what we were really getting for a “junior family suite “. It felt very misleading and the explanation given by the front desk was unapologetic and almost condescending.

Personeel is heel vriendelijk, door onze vroege vlucht was ons kamer nog niet klaar maar konden we onze bagage stockeren in een aparte ruimte. Toen we terugkwamen om in te checken stond ze al op ons kamer. Tof om te ontwaken met zicht op de gracht, ontbijt is uitgebreid en heel lekker. Hotel ligt in een rustige wijk maar toch voldoende restaurants in de buurt waar je lekker kan eten. En het doet deugd om uit de drukte van Venetië te ontsnappen. Maar je stapt op 20' via de winkelstraat naar de Rialto brug. Als we terugkomen naar Venetië komen wij ongetwijfeld terug! Echt een aanrader!

The rooms were quite good but however having booked as a family we were placed away in different floors which caused inconvenience for us. The hotel is very neat and clean but however the location is a bit away from the train station making it difficult to walk with luggage. However smaller ferries could be taken to reach the hotel.
The hotel does not accommodate any early check in and also rooms allotted in different corners of the hotel for bookings from same family.
The location for this hotel is the best. It was lovely and quiet and had a very calm feeling to it. Lots of great bars/bakeries and places to stop off for a coffee and bite to eat - either in the morning or evening.
The hotel was great too. Friendly staff and all very chic and clean. It's also very easy to walk from the hotel to virtually anywhere in Venice. You definitely do not need to get vaparettos everywhere - unless you have mobility issues.
Our room was quite hot and we couldn't work out how to turn off the heating - but we just opened our door which lead into the courtyard instead.
L'effet waouh a l'arrivée ds le hall d'entrée tres bon standing puis tout l'hôtel. La propreté évidente des lieux. Le calme du quartier qui peut etre un atout la nuit. Les literies de qualité. Tout le petit nécessaire de toilette offert ( produits corps, cheveux, brosses à dents et dentifrice, Charlotte pour cheveux, peignoir, chaussons....) la gentillesse du personnel. Le choix du petit déjeuner ds une salle magnifique. L'été on peut apparemment même prendre son déjeuner en terrasse... notre grande suite familiale en duplex avec 5 couchages . J'avais peur au vu de certains commentaires ms honnêtement moi qui suis difficile : on a passé un excellent séjour !avec des petites étoiles ds les yeux !
Si vraiment il y avait un bémol ce serait sur la qualité des produits proposés au petit déjeuner. Beaucoup de choix ms plutôt produits industriels je dirais. L'éloignement des quartiers animés ms en mm tps le calme était appréciable.

El desayuno bueno,el confort de la habituación,y que está muy bien comunicado ,en vaporeto a 350mts.y al centro en 10 minutos andando tranquilamente .
Everything was good
Rend, tisztaság, friss illat mindenütt. Egyszerű, de modern és újszerű berendezés. Kényelmes ágy. Bidé a vécében. Meleg törölköző szárító radiátorok. Reggeli bőséges és választékos. Vidám és segítőkész recepciós fiúk. Kijelentkezés után is vigyáztak a koffereinkre.
Vékony válaszfalak miatt minden áthallatszott a szomszéd szobából. Folyton, még éjszaka is gyereksírást és kiabálást lehetett hallani. A kanálison, amire a szoba nézett nem közlekedtek gondolák, pedig a látvány miatt foglaltunk ilyen szobát. Reggelinél nem volt gyümölcstea, csak kamilla, menta, vagy nagyon gyenge fekete tea.

Cambio de habitación triple a una doble porque en la triple había un fallo en las cortinas motorizadas y no podían dejar la habitación sin luz solar.
