Pros:

Welcoming staff were unfriendly

Cons:

The minute I enter the lobby i was greeted with unpleasantries especially the male at the counter, the young lady on the night shift was very polite.

Nice room, but noisy and limited breakfast

Cons:

The room was rather noisy. The guests upstairs were not particularly light-footed, and the sound of their footsteps carried through the room quite noticeably.
Breakfast buffet options were rather limited.

Es hat alles gepasst, vom Check In bis Check Out
Pros:

Empfang und Check Inn sehr herzlich und freundlich, Frühstück perfekt, schade, dass wir nur eine Nacht hier waren.

Cons:

Da gib es nix zu meckern. Wer hier was auszusetzen hat, der soll es besser machen, Aber die Latte liegt verdammt hoch.

We will be back for the annual dog show in the area
Pros:

Excellent location, good breakfast selection, nice rooms and an plenty of parking. The hotel was so conveniently located and quiet that our friends moved out of their over-crowded and noisy hotel in Saint Catarines to this one on day 2 of our visit. Good selection of small shops and restaurants near the hotel and prefect walking path along the lake just a few steps away.
