Pros:

The breakfast included was nice

Cons:

The soundproofing was not good we heard all the noise of other guests entering the hotel and it was very loud and disruptive throughout the night.

The location was perfect for enjoying viewing the lake and for visiting family.

Cons:

There was no table in the room for us to play cards and we could not access the tables in the breakfast room. MY sister found the beds to be too hard and the chairs to be uncomfortable as well.

Pool was full of midges (small black bugs) so we werent able to use it.

We managed to get thought it. Would not stay again.
Pros:

Breakfast was terrible. Beds were great. Carpet in Room was filthy as was the shower.

Carpets need cleaning. Shower needs maintenance.

Pros:

Everything. Great location for visiting Grimsby and that part of the Niagara Peninsula. Very good breakfast and breakfast area, looked after by a lady who does a wonderful job. Very comfortable room with all the needed amenities, including microwave and fridge. We stay there every time we are in the area.
