Breakfast was great. The selection was beyond what I imagined. Lots of variety to chose from
The first night I stayed there, I was told they needed a $200.00 security deposit- I was a little upset because I knew nothing about it. The desk clerk told me it was on my booking contract- when I looked it only mentioned $100.00 security deposit. On the second night (last night) the same clerk told me they needed a $300 deposit because I was paying by visa debit. I explained that I used the same card the day before for the $200.00. He ended up charging me the $200.00. Then when I got up to my room, my TV converter didn't work properly. I went downstairs and he explained what to do- which I did. It still would not work properly so I called him and asked him to come and check it out. He asked me if I had tried to connect a firestick- i told him I was not that tech savvy. He managed to finally fix it- but I was not happy about being accused of something I didn't do.

The customer service at the front desk was very poor. When I initially went to check in, there was a person sitting in the office on their phone, and she told me I would need to wait until the person that could check me in came out of the bathroom which happened like 5 minutes later. I then tried to check in but the person at the front desk told me my room had been booked for november even though I had changed the booking and it was made through a third party. I then showed them the email that showed the change, and they proceeded to argue with me about the dates but then finally read it again and said I was correct, but it likely was not changed in their system because I had booked through a third party. They then wanted to give me a room with only one bed even though I needed a room with two beds because I was not traveling alone. Luckily another traveller who was also checking in asked to switch rooms with us and we got our room but the whole check in experience was very frustrating.
Clean room, bathroom was very well cleaned.
The employee at front desk was pleasant upon check in.
The breakfast was poor. Would have liked more fruit options. Coffee tasted awful. The employee wasn't very friendly in the dining room area. Asked for more coffee , as the urn was empty, and she came back with a new one and flatly said "here's your coffee". More choices would have been nice, perhaps some bagels? Yogurt was sub par (a Greek you're is more desirable than a sugar filled basic yogurt).
Bed was lumpy in the room.
Having a shower soap dispenser next to the sink makes little sense.
Better toiletries. Some lotions/soaps etc (more than a single one provided)
