The location is excellent and i suppose that is the reason for the expensive price but for our mini break we were totally disappointed we paid for a suite and all inclusive option as we were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary we requested an early check in as we had an early flight but when we got here no one knew anything about an early check in and actually our room was not ready until after the normal 2pm check in time on the second morning staff were jet washing directly outside our suite at 730am for two hours i went to speak with the manager but they were not available and another member of staff filled a complaint and told me the manager would contact me when they started work i am still waiting on our final day we went to have lunch but were told our all inclusive entitlement ended at 12 noon even though when we arrived we were told we would have a complementary late check out time of 1pm it is a great shame as most of the staff were fantastic and we were planning on coming back but now we would probably look elsewhere for a different hotel

Not enough staff- food was poor, rooms weren’t serviced and got food poisoning from frozen chicken
La ubicación y la terraza de la azotea con los jacuzzis. Un espacio muy agradable y con unas vistas espectaculares.
El baño no estaba muy limpio y toda la parte baja del hotel, hall, sala de estar y restaurante olían a frito y subías a la habitación con la ropa oliendo mal. Tienen que revisar los extractores de la cocina.

El trato del personal , la limpieza en el hotel, las piscinas , los jacuzzis y las vistas de la ultima planta.
Bufet de la comida y la cena flojos. El aire acondicionado de la habitación no funcionaba bien, nos costó dormir por el calor que hacía. Limpiaron la habitación a las 15:10, hora de la siesta...........
Toute la restauration est top. Produits frais et variés, tant au petit déjeuner qu’au dîner.
Possibilité de prendre le repas du midi alors que nous étions en demi pension avec dîner.
Personnel compétent, très agréable et en nombre suffisant pour une organisation fluide.
Il faudrait que les boissons soient comprises lors de la demi pension.
