L’hôtel est très beau et moderne, le personnel est top, le petit déjeuner est assez complet. Nous avons prit le massage de l’hôtel qui était excellent (nous recommandons). Nous avons aussi particulièrement apprécié le rooftop.

Cons:

Malheureusement, lors de notre arrivée nous avons été placé dans une chambre pas propre.. nous avons finalement changé de chambre et tout allait bien, merci au personnel de nous avoir vite changé de chambre.

Nice hotel in an amazing location, staff were friendly

Nice hotel, fantastic location, room was nice

Cons:

Bar on the roof was not open sadly, as end of season, the food could have been better in the restaurant, fine but nothing special. The food from bar by the pool was fine though

Great location but hotel average not luxury
Pros:

Location is good. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

Rooms were very small. Bathroom set up/ layout is strange. Shower leaked. Noice from reception could be heard in room. Noise in general from other guests etc. balcony overlooking pool meant noice from people outside at night. Entertainment was poor. Spa doesn’t exist, it’s indoor saunas that you pay for and need notice to turn on. Treatments fully booked. Sun beds not comfy. Hot tubs were like warm. Had I been paying peak season prices I would have been very disappointed. Felt like a mid budget hotel not the adult only luxury we were expecting.

Very friendly and helpful
Pros:

Arrived late, holiday through Jet2 but no reservation. Reception found us a room. The room was not as nice as we had previously at this hotel and the manager kindly moved us to a much better room after 2 days. All the staff are very good and friendly, particularly Monica in the restaurant. We will certainly return.

Toller Ausblick vom Wirrlpool
Pros:

Die Lage hervorragend, das Personal zuvorkommend und zuverlässig.
Die Wirrlpools auf dem Dach Klasse, wenn auch nicht alle geheizt.
Balkon und Pools. Zugang nur mit Leitern.
Zimmerservice gut. Wasser kostenfrei.

Cons:

Kaum Parkplätze oder hoteleigen teuer.
Kein separates Badezimmer. Waschbecken im Zimmer. Wenig Stauraum. Zimmer klein.
Wenig Abwechslung beim Buffet (Frühstück)

Les chambres la déco le personnel et le petit déjeuner

Cons:

Piscine froide. Enclavée dans le bâtiment
Jacuzzi froid et ne fonctionnait pas ou mal. Peu de pression
Hôtel non fumeur . Pas d' espace dédié nous devons aller à l'extérieur devant l'hôtel avec aucun aménagement et surtout nous donnons devant la terrasse de votre hôtel ce qui pouvait engendrer un désagrément a vos clients qui était sur la terrasse
