En general todo bien

Location is great , is a bus stop next to hotel, you are basically in a centre of GC, Need more working providing entertainment, the GYM absolutely disgusting , the 60% of equipment wasn't working at all, no air condition just 2 little fans on ceiling, dust everywhere not really safe, The swimming pool on top not safe either, I dont think they check the water daily , the pool need paining as all the painting comes out, water not very clean enough , Room , balcony has glass with no privacy, our balcony door wasn't properly closing, the safe box you have to pay to use it is 3 euro per day, the fridge as I have medication to stay in and want that cold, the stand for towel was almost to fell, not enough pressure in a water when having showers , the cleaning is to early in the morning , the room wasn't that really clean. Very noise from outside you can hear everithing. We wasn't aware of not let our friends to visit us in our room or a hotel with I was so upset about that. Also was a big carnaval and our car was removed from the street as we didn't know not one tell us to move the car and was not sign a day before.I think the hotel staff should made us aware.
Good things Breakfast was good & dinner, reception staff very friendly to help/advice, spa was good. Needs some improvements but otherwise I do recommend the Hotel and I would like to say thank you very much for everithing . (room 214) Daniel B

Food is rubbish.
Breakfast has a selection but not for a vegan or veggie. same everyday.
Lunch- same everyday pizza, chips, meat dishes, fish
Snack bar- same every day, beef burger, hotdogs, chips, salad bread
Dinner- theme nights with pizza and chips every night

Would have been nice if there was music, i was in shock.. ruined the whole holiday.
Staff was nice except the girl in the bar beside snacks, she must never learned manners.. had people waiting for 20 minutes while there was no people around and giving faces. Thishotel is definitely for people who sit in silence 🤫

A really nice hotel, that I could not really fault. The staff at the reception were very nice, and super helpful. They couldn’t do enough for us.
A really nice room, nice balcony, great beds.
Some nice little welcome gifts, reflecting our Barcelo rewards stats.
Had some really nice sleeps there, so it must have been quiet :)
Restaurant staff were nice, although it was a struggle to get a drink ordered once seated.
A late check out ordered and arranged by Susana, I couldn’t really ask for more.
The only slight disappointment was that the solarium on the roof, still seems to be closed, which is a shame.

Just returned from a 2 week stay at this Hotel. Room and shower room are quite big and spotlessly clean. Balconies are made of glass so no privacy. Food was good quality especially the Tiger prawns. Got a bit samey after the first week but always something to eat. My husband is a Coeliac and requires gluten free foods. For breakfast he had his own gluten free corner with white and seeded bread. Cereals, cookies, little cakes.
Asked a waitress and she took his bread into the kitchen to toast, so not to get any cross contamination from the public toasters. Most foods were labelled well for allergens at lunchtime where you could order Pizza or pasta all gluten free for dinner as well as a gluten free desert. One lady was particularly nice and went out of her way to look after him, her name was Carolina, thankyou so much, much appreciated 🥰 The only thing that let's this hotel down is the entertainment, very poor. So make sure you have a trip down to the Yumbo centre in the evening especially if you like drag shows.

Low food quality and service. Made uncomfortable when asked for certain food. Food variety is poor as well. High price for the overall service.
The housekeep however, provided very good service, the room was very clean.

Lovely hotel, very clean, lacks a little ambience, mainly due layout of evening entertainment, which is very short in evenings. Pools and rooms lovely, good selection of food but sometimes cold.

Ero già stato altre volte in questa struttura. Senza infamia e senza lode, ha un buon rapporto qualità prezzo, una buona colazione e un buon buffet con moltissima scelta. Bella piscina.

È stato un soggiorno eccellente al Royal Level di Barceló. La qualità del servizio,l’attenzione al cliente,il comfort assoluto delle camere,i letti e i guanciali assicuravano un riposo superlativo e soprattutto l’abbondanza e la scelta del cibo proposto a buffet dalla colazione alla cena.
Avrei voluto non finisse mai.
Torneremo sicuramente. 🌸
