Hotel is in a great, central location a few mtrs from Plaza Mayor, despite its close proximity it was not noisey during day or night time. Short walking distance to cafes, bars, resaurants, shops etc.
Room was a good size, a/c was working well.
Buffet breakfast had a good choice of items, sufficient to meet most guests requirements.
I was fortunate to be there during Fiesta week and the town was buzzing with activity, including a free concert at night in Plaza Mayor.
The only negative comment was that bottled water was available in the room fridge and the 2 bottles were charged for at check out, a bit petty for a class, relatively expensive hotel.
In summary, a very good hotel in an excellent location, recommended.

I just returned from a 4 night stay, with a room overlooking La Plaza Mayor.
The hotel staff was quite very and helpful. Rooms are simple, modern and very clean; a little on the small side but the views make up for the size! There's also a small minibar in the room. If you need an umbrella, you can rent one for 10 euro which is returned to you when you bring the umbrella back.
Location is unbeatable if you want to have views from above of the Plaza Mayor!

We love the location , right by the plaza mayor. Walkable to all attractions.
The hotel was just off of the Plaza Mayor, making it a short walk to many restaurants and shops. The desk staff was kind and helpful during our stay. The breakfast was also delicious. It is in a busy area though so it’s pretty noisy all the time and the walls are very thin so you can hear conversations guests are having in the room next to you.
There was a serious problem the first night. The heat was on until we got someone to come up and turn it off. We were on the 3rd floor, so when I opened the window, we got cool air and less street noise... Which abated@ 11pm.
