Absolutely wonderful, a pleasure to stay there. The amenities and the staff are fantastic.
Pros:

It was in a wonderful position right on the beach. Absolutely beautiful for sunsets and beach activities such as surfing, horse riding and swimming. So close to shops and beachside restaurants. The pool and restaurant at the hotel are lovely, the staff are so friendly and attentive.

Cons:

I loved everything about the hotel. Couldn’t fault it. Superb, so glad I stayed there and will return next time I am in Bali.

Few aesthetic issues, broke tiles at pool and a very loose step at pool bar! Bit outdated and run down, needs some maintenance but otherwise nice hotel.

Relaxing, fun, great location
Pros:

This was our 6th stay at The Pelangi. We come back every time we visit Bali. The rooms are great and very comfortable. The staff are so friendly, the pool is great. And the location is amazing - right on the beach but also in a great shopping area. We highly recommend stay there.

Beautiful, it felt like our second home.
Pros:

The location of Pelangi is perfect it’s right across from the beach, you can even sit there in pool chairs or whilst having breakfast, lunch and dinner and see the pool. Yet the road it’s situated on is quiet and off the main road. The staff are all so beautiful, welcoming and always happy, they felt like our second family. The food was stunning, I’ll be dreaming about this cashew chicken I got it everyday.

Cons:

I could not fault our stay.

Will not return. Time for another hotel.

Third stay. Breakfast terrible. Same as eight years ago. Not fresh. Towels thin & threadbare & stained. Sheets stained. Underlay on bed stained. Had to request to change. Never enough towels by the pool. Toilet kept getting blocked.

Pros:

Huge rooms and they call the beds double but they're really king size. It was great being right in the beach and so close to fantastic places to eat. Loved the pool and the staff were great.

Cons:

There's a lane between the pool and beach which scooters went down which was a little noisy when sitting by the pool but not a problem

Pros:

Great location with clean rooms, friendly staff and a great pool.
Pros:

Friendly staff, amazing location by the beach, good breakfast, rooms are very clean, air con works a treat, great shower and the beds were comfy. Its our second time staying here and would stay here again. Also the pool is fantastic, its so big so doesnt feel crowded and the temperature was perfect.

Cons:

The dinner was okayish but wouldnt order a meal there again.
