Pros:

The only read we went there was for the indoor water park and the boiler for the pool and hot tub was broken. Everything was freezing cold. Breakfast was not good and upstairs neighbors were extremely load.

Bill, on the night staff, always goes above and beyond. I arrived past midnight after a long flight and he cheerfully went into the kitchen and filled my mug with hot water.
