Pros:

We had a water problem in the room it the front desk quickly relocated us to an alternate room, really nice and efficient.

Cons:

My first room started to flood but the fronts desk moved me to another room really quick

The outside view beds were comfy

Cons:

Nothing worked as far as no one was at desk couldn't get any drinks called ahead of time asked if laundry machines work was told yes for sure took 4 dollars and the desk person wouldn't refund us at all so clothes soaking wet also dryers none worked but took our money . Had hookers all in the parking lot I stepped out and a man was asking me for sex this place is the worst place I've ever stayed by far .

One of the two worst hotel experiences I've ever had. When i arrived, i was told there was no running water, but that they hoped it would be back on soon. So i went and ate and came back.
What I wanted was a shower, and discovered that, for some crazy reason, the shower curtain was hung from an inverted arch shaped bar. Gravity being what it is, this meant the shower curtain would not stay closed at either end, both of them sliding to the middle. I had to wedge objects to serve as weights to hold the curtain to avoid flooding the whole place.
Wifi didn't work at all.
Just a horrible place, and had I spent a bit more, i could have had a very nice airbnb just up the road.

It made me wish I spent just a little more for a different hotel because my experience wasn’t worth it to me for my stay
Pros:

It is in a good location right outside of downtown Denver/union station.

Cons:

Door didn’t work properly, it gets stuck half of the time and it also could be shoved open while locked easily, and you can’t use the other locks unless you are inside, so my stuff always didn’t feel safe. There are bed bugs, I woke up with marks from them.
