Best Hotel in reasonable rates
Motel was very clean. Room was big.
Location was off beaten path no restaurant off exit .
It was close to where we needed to be and only there to sleep
Room next to us had 10 people it and loud.
Dolly to bring up luggage completely fell apart and front desk agent said oh yeah that happens and shrugged shoulders

Done the pre arrival process the day before. Have a screenshot and email that after the pre arrival process was completed that only need to stop by the desk was to retrieve room keys. Got inside at 4:00 and the desk clerk needed my id and my credit card. I explained to her that the room I had paid for AND they already taken out the incidentals. She proceeded to say no it didn’t. Had to pull up the transactions in my account. She STILL wanted my card. Uh ABSOLUTELY NOT. Give me my room keys or call the owner/manager. Finally gave me my keys. Fast forward to 8 hours later. Came into room turned heat on; mind you it was 39 degrees outside; brand new heat/air unit, DID NOT WORK AT ALL. Called desk, spoke to clerk her response, unplug it and try again. Tried that, STILL NO HEAT OR AIR. Her next response “ all I can give you is a queen bed”. Absolutely NOT. I PAID for a king room for a reason. Can you send someone up here to look at it? Nope. No maintenance. Can I get an extra couple of blankets? She would not respond to my question that I asked TWICE for a couple blankets. Now, this room was extremely cold. Not just slightly cool, but COLD. Luckily I had a small blanket in the back of vehicle. Wake up, go to shower. No shampoo, no conditioner, no extra blanket, no coffee, no cups. At this point I am irate. No sense in calling the desk they are not helpful at all. Send spouse to closest store to get needed items. Go to check out l, explain to the clerk that the unit does not work at all in the room that it has a code on it “E3” told her about situation last night. Also ma’am, there’s no amenities in the room, shampoo, conditioner, coffee, cups, blanket. Her reply, “yea ok. I’ll make a note of it”. No apologies whatsoever. No one at the desk but us, so she wasn’t busy, just did not care. Customer service is HORRIBLE. Booked again for August for 2 nights, MOST DEFINITELY WILL BE CANCELLING.
Be more friendly. Offer later check outs when guest comes in after midnight.
The smell was musky, there was not enough light and the showers had no pressure. Washer and dryers were no good dont waste money.
Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would still again.

The staff was very friendly upon check in, however the room was not very clean at all. The pillows smelled like they hadn’t been washed and the bathroom had not been swept. There was a big glob of hair in the tub and fake eyelashes on one of the towels!
