Disappointing. Overpriced for what we got.
Pros:

Great location. Nice renovated room with excellent bathroom and large smart tv. Decent little spa. Majority of staff were great.

Cons:

We weren’t informed till the day before our trip that there would be construction work at the property so the relaxing spa trip I had saved up for months did not happen!! I struggle to sleep at night as my partner snores heavily (yes we’ve tried all the obvious fixes- he’s on a surgery waitlist) because of this i rely on sleeping in late as he’s an early riser and usually have to have an afternoon nap to catch up on my hours- drilling started at 10am through till the afternoon. It was so loud I couldn’t sleep nor could we relax in the spa as it was so loud. On day 2 after only a few hours sleep since we arrived I went to reception in tears asking for help with the issue I was facing. The lady at reception smiled as I sobbed and said the construction info has been on our website for a few weeks! We didn’t book via the website that was in polish?!! We booked through booking.com which informed us 24 hours before our arrival. I’ve left more exhausted than I arrived. Being a full time carer for my mum and being on a low income- upset doesnt begin to explain how I feel right now. Being charged full price for a hotel room under these conditions was very disappointing. We at least expected a complimentary meal to make up for it. Poor service from the lady who smiled as I sobbed.

S pobytom v hoteli som bol veľmi spokojný, odporučil by so ho svojim známym.
Pros:

Hotel sa nachádza v centre mesta, vybavenie bolo veľmi dobré, raňajky boli chutné.

Sehr gutes Hotel in zentraler Lage mit super Frühstück
Pros:

Perfekte Lage nur 3 Minuten vom zentalen Marktplatz entfernt. Großes Zimmer mit Waserkocher und Safe. Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Überdurchschnittliches Frühstück mit großer und qualitativ guter Auswahl (außer Rührei - das war auch in diesem Hotel nur mit Wasser angemachtes Pulver).

Cons:

Teppichboden in den Zimmern (mag ich persönlich nicht so, ist aber Geschmackssache); Heizung im Bad war noch nicht in Betrieb (Mitte September), daher etwas kalt.

Großartiges Hotel in zentraler Lage
Pros:

Großartige Lage mitten im Zentrum der Stadt.
Ausgezeichnetes Frühstücksbuffet.
Zuvorkommendes Personal.
Wir kamen nicht dazu den Pool zu nutzen, blieben auch nur für 2 Nächte - bei einem längeren Aufenthalt hätten wir ihn wahrscheinlich genutzt.

Cons:

Die Duschtür war nicht dicht und man lief in Gefahr das Baezimmer zu fluten - das müsste repariert werden.
Beim Hotel gibt es keinen Parkplatz, wir nutzten den beim NFM Wroclaw, der war günstiger und einen 10 min Fussweg entfernt. Da wir während unseres Aufenthaltes das Auto nicht benötigten, war das ok.

Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet. Die Lage hervorragend.

Cons:

Die Hotelkorridore brauchen dringend eine Renovierung. Dort könnte die Lüftung auch verbessert werden.

Keskellä vanhaa kaupukia. Kävelymatka kaikkiin niihin paikkoihin missä halusin käydä parin päivän reissulla. Viihtyisä yhden hengen huone. Aamupala runsas ja maittava. Vahva suositus!

Kylpyhuone oli vähän huonosti siivottu.
