Location is excellent, 100 yes from main square.
Renovation work being carried out, we were only notified of this 24 hours before departure & were given a room which was on the same floor as the work being done, first two days were OK but third day we were woken up at 9am by a very loud drilling noise which was unbearable, we phoned to complain to see if they could get it stopped but we were told no, noise continued. We phoned again & they offered to move rooms, we accepted but couldn't understand why they didn't give us that room in the first place away from the work area, when we asked we were told they had lots of rooms away from the work. Not quite the relaxing few days away we were expecting.
The room we were given was much better but not 100% finished, there was bare concrete/ reinforcing showing in the ceiling & capped off pipes for a radiator sticking through the wall, not ideal.
Staff weren't particularly helpful, customer service goes a long way & they would do well to remember that, we were given two complimentary drink vouchers as an apology but when we used them we had to pay 1zl so they weren't complimentary, not a lot of money I know but considering they were given as an apology you'd think they'd have waved it.
The whole thing just made me even more annoyed because it could have been so much better with a little forethought.
Don't stay here until the renovations are complete.

Fantastyczna lokalizacja, urozmaicone śniadania pod względem różnorodności chociaż trochę niedosolone ale można doprawić samemu do smaku. Basen był dodatkowa atrakcją a obsługa pomocna.
