Friendly staff at the front desk, a spacious, clean room, a good hotel location, regular and punctual airport shuttle bus.
Noise in the room from nearby roads and an intersection. The breakfast restaurant doesn't open until 8am.

Room is fine, but checking in was really poor (at least at the first attempt). The employee asked for a voucher, so I went back to the car. When I came back she didn't even look at it and for no reason told us to wait. In the meanwhile she kept checking in other Arrivals. Nothing happened with our reservation so after a couple of minutes I got back to another employee (very friendly) and checking in just took a few minutes. So obviously there was no problem with our reservation. Why making us wait for no reason?!?

Decisamente inferiore alle foto che si vedono. Siamo arrivati dopo un lungo viaggio ed il secondo letto non era pronto, o meglio, le lenzuola c’erano, ma chiuse all’interno del divano letto, tutte spiegazzate e sembravano anche poco pulite. Anche il resto della camera ed il bagno non erano molto puliti.
Convenient location for the airport with a good courtesy shuttle. The staff were friendly and helpful and the restaurant was welcoming, with very good food.
