Superior customer service
Pros:

Manpreet and Carel provided us with one of the best customer experiences we have had anywhere! Friendly and courteous and their ability to problem solve to our extreme satisfaction was above and beyond.

Pros:

The room was clean, spacious, quiet and comfortable, and the little kitchenette had everything I needed for a short stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the pool was great. It was a short walk from the skytrain and on a bus route. Good value.

Cons:

Some things were a bit shabby and the towels were small, but the room had all amenities needed, and everything worked.

Pros:

Only thing was heat in the room when it kicked on super noisy
staff was great
was trying to get ahold of the desk to advise URBER was coming but very short staffed only one girl on and for over 40 minutes no-one answered called had to call Moxies and the guy went over to see what was going on
