Great place to spent the night before an early morning flight!
Pros:

Check in was friendly and efficient. The restaurant was family friendly. The beds were comfortable. The shuttle was very convenient. The kids enjoyed the pool!

Pros:

It has good placement, within walking distance of a lot of stuff and bus stops. Having a fridge and microwave was helpful.

Cons:

Bed was a little hard, was ok first night but next 2 nights it was hard to sleep.

Our stay was very good and we would stay again.
Pros:

The hotel was all good. We were only there one night as we were moving on the next day. The onsite restaurant was very welcome and we had dinner and breakfast there. As the hotel is out of the way, there really weren’t any other dining options, so it’s good there is a Moxi’s onsite.
The shuttle from YVR is good.

Cons:

No complaints.

Booking.com suck
Cons:

The hotel was all right, but it wasn't for me. I booked for someone else. She said the place is nice.

What is really suck is the booking.com platform. I have pronlems with them every time I use it. Do you know of a good canadian platform?

I mentioned 2-3 times I was booking for someone else. Sure enough, when she got to the hotel, she got denied.

Great value, great location, would stay again!
Pros:

Location was in the area I wanted, bed was relatively comfortable, and the price was better than anything else in the area. Free shuttle from and to the airport is a big plus! They also provided me some complimentary snacks which really impressed me, Canadian hospitality!

Cons:

The curtains didn't completely block out the light, which made working at the singular table in the room a bit hard as I had to deal with both window light and the room lights.

Convenient and comfortable. I always stay here when travelling from Vancouver
Pros:

Convenient location with amenities nearby easy walk and great restaurant attached. Quiet room and comfy bed.

Cons:

Room wasn’t super clean. Streaks on mirror and backsplash, some pills found on floor. Remnant smell of someone else’s cooking

Quiet room with very comfortable bed - very good value

I liked that the restaurant was open till midnight making it convenient for a flight that arrived late in the evening

Cons:

My husband would have used the pool or gym if it had been open earlier in the morning
