It was very poor value.
Pros:

Staff were very good especially Nancy who looked after us. Shuttle to airport also efficient & timely. Moxies restaurant was excellent.

Cons:

For the price we paid which was more than $900 for the night - we did not get any hot water in the shower - it was luke warm & the air-con was so noisy that we had to turn it off to sleep. The room therefore during the night was very hot.

Good check-in experience and nice stay
Pros:

Manpreet provided seamless check-in for us during the midnight 2am after the World Cup Game.
She was so helpful and professional, we even chatted about the game AUS vs Turkey and she was such a cheerful lady.
