Given an early check-in which was nice but the room had not been cleaned in months based I the spider webs and dust bunnies on the wood floor & walls. I was given another room which also had not been cleaned. After complaining - twice now - was told our room would be “refreshed” after I left to get to the spa. Would have preferred to have waited on a clean room over going through this.
The double queen suite was large, but bathroom was quite small and don't get me talking about the tiny fridge tucked inside the closet!
Overall the stay was comfortable, however, the floor was not clean, we noticed a lot of white hair beneath the fixed furtniture, making us believe a lite sweep is barely done after each guest.
The bathroom was rather small and dated, with a broken clothing string, and no ceiling fan.
Was woken up at 9:45am to loud drilling noise coming from the wall in the room next to me, which was on going for over a hour!! Not very professional for a 4 star hotel!!! Bed and pillows also extremely uncomfortable. Would NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!!!
The ultimate vacation i was looking for.. with the suite room & Koena Spa, you can't wish for anything more! I loved everything about this hotel to be honest :)
Cleanliness of the property was a major issue. The bath towels in my room were dirty. No one is doing any QA against cleanliness standards.

The rooms are spacious and clean. I was granted an early check in which made my life so much easier. If you go to the spa (Koena), remember to ask for your discount code for being a hotel guest!

J'ai bien aimé le concept de la chambre double. La chambre très confortable et très propre au goût du jour. Les deux seul bémol. La femme de chambre n'est pas passé entre les deux jours et nous avons manqué d'éléments que nous avons dû demander à l'accueil. Les poubelle non pas été vidé et les serviettes non renouvellées. Il maque de stationnement dans le jours à cause que le spa est très populaire. Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour quand même et le staff est très a l'écoute de nos demandes

The spa was excellent - it would have been great to have had more information on dining. I would have planned differently for my meals had I known that I could dine in my robe at a couple of restaurants and head right back to the waters without having to get ready / change. Information on this is scarce. The staff was excellent and service was outstanding. I will return!
