The location was perfect for our Festival visit. Room was comfy and clean.

Cons:

I wish there was a microwave in the room and the cafe did simpler breakfasts as my daughter has a restricted diet due to medical reasons.

Good location, easy access to parking.
Pros:

Location, easy access to many restaurants, grocery stores and public transport. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

Doona (covered with clean sheets) was dirty. Room in general was old, a little dusty. Could hear music through closed windows, but stopped at an appropriate time. Cost was obviously very inflated for F1, so can’t judge property based on value.

Pros:

Muy buena ubicación cerca de Saint Kilda Beach y a mano de todos los medios de transporte, no muy ruidoso y buenas habitaciones con frigobar y pava eléctrica.

Friendly staff, Good location, close to beach, eating places and concert venue, but just a bit expensive for St Kilda.

Cons:

Very small room , not reflected in booking site photos.
In terms of value for money, it was a very expensive at 275 for one night in a very small room. We would look for somewhere more reasonably priced if we visit the area again.
