Comfortable
Pros:

Staff at the front desk were lovely and helpful. Lots of easy parking. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good. Room was large with separate lounge area and a second toilet.

Cons:

The motel was run down. Our bathroom had not been cleaned from the previous guests. We advised the front desk who were quick to remedy and offered us free breakfasts for the duration of our stay.

One staff member was kind.

Cons:

Black mould in the bathroom, rusting poles peeling paint, filthy pool. Judy was rude, 0 customer service. "Clean" wine glasses were disgusting. Getting my money back was a nightmare. Ruined our holiday. Book somewhere else.

Staff were decent and fast.
Pros:

The stuff were courteous. Check in was quick. Everything in the room worked.

Cons:

This an old property, cracks in wall paint where plasterboard meets. Dead garden with cigarette butts outside the window (2nd floor). Usually guests can get at least YouTube on the wall TV but not here.
Needs refurbishment but the basics worked. Not great value, but it's Cairns in peak season.

Pros:

W zasadzie to nic. Niby było czysto, ale w rzeczywistości zdjęcia kompletnie nie oddają tego jak hotel wyglada w rzeczywistości. Zdjęcia zrobione są w taki sposób, aby ukryć mankamenty. Pokoje są dość smutne i ciemne, łazienka porażka, stare płytki, stara wanna, baterii prysznicowej nie komentuje. Hotel ma czasy świetności dawno za sobą. Na pewno nie jest to hotel 4-gwiazdkowy i na pewno nie wygląda tak jak przedstawiają to zdjęcia. Okolica niby blisko centrum, ale potrzeba na pewno autobusu lub ubera żeby dostać się do centrum. Sama okolica też nieciekawa, ale znośna.

Cons:

Obsługa była miła, mieliśmy z nią mało kontaktu, ale nie można im nic zarzucić, pokój był posprzątany w trakcie naszego pobytu (2 noce).
