OK if you want something handy to the airport for a night.
Pros:

Handy to the airport. Friendly staff. Reasonably sized room.

Cons:

Too much traffic noise from adjacent highway. Some aircraft noise but didnt bother us as not a busy airport.

I definitely recommend this hotel!
Pros:

I enjoyed the atmosphere, the cleanliness of the room and hotel in general, plus the staff were super helpful, accommodating and respectful. I LOVED the fact it was in the heart of the city, it was very easy to find.

Cons:

Didnt enjoy the homeless people, a few sketchy people at the servo, making me uncomfortable.

A few small changes would make this perfect
Pros:

Great spa bath, lots of space in the spa suite on the 5th floor, including two loos, and really useful to have an electric car charger.

Seaview and lovely sky at dawn.

Cons:

The room was way too cold on arrival and turning up the aircon did nothing. Had to ring reception who explained how to turn it off. (Not obvious). It took hours to warm up 2 degrees. No spare blankets either.

The kitchenette was non existent which was odd as there was a dining table in the room. There was not even a single teaspoon, no water glasses. Just two tiny mugs and 2 wine glasses. A microwave, a couple of plates, bowls and basic cutlery would make this suite much better.

Some traffic noise and the planes started taking off from the airport pretty early. Rooms at the back would be quieter but that didn't bother us.

Das Zimmer war sauber, nettes Personal, wir haben gut geschlafen.

Cons:

Frühstück war unterdurchschnittlich (entgegen der Anzeige im Buchungsportal). Der Fitnessraum war in die Jahre gekommen. Die Ausstattung war insgesamt eher alt und optisch nicht ansprechend.

Pros:

スタッフの皆さんが親切、丁寧で素晴らしかった。お部屋も広く、連泊しましたが毎回綺麗に清掃してくださり快適に過ごせました。観光の中心地からは少し離れてますがバスを使えば便利でした。

Cons:

空港からのアクセスがタクシーかウーバーしか選択肢がないこと。バスは使えません。部屋の壁が薄いためか隣の部屋、上階の人がバスルームを使用する音が聞こえます。音に敏感な人は気になるかも。
