Great room accomodating staff
I liked most everything furniture was being upgraded in rooms
Property needs upgrading, everything was clean, but the tub either needed to be replaced or reglazed. The bathroom needed to be painted. There were no luggage racks in the room and the Wi-Fi didn’t work. (Usually you just put in your room number and name and it pops right in.)
Fortunately, with this hotel has going for it is the staff. We had to go to the front desk to get our Wi-Fi to work. It’s not at all like we expect from a Marriott property. There was a gentleman in the kitchen area who was very accommodating and made sure we had fresh brown sugar for our oatmeal.
Just think how nice how nice this would be if you took care of some of the issues I raised.
Check in was easy & staff was very nice. VERY tired hotel, especially for a residence inn. Couch has stains on it, not comfortable. Limited pillows & towels. Oder throughout hallways & room. Yes reasonably priced, but I’d pay the extra money for a better hotel.
It was horrible do not recommend
It was dirty, out dated and should not be comparable in pricing with hotels in the area.
The room
Good location for our visit. Quiet and well back from the street. Good sized rooms were clean.
The public areas ,hallways and such needed a good vacuum..broken equipment here and there. They were understaffed though the employees were unfailingly pleasant to deal with
Upon my arrival today , there was no one at the front desk. A housekeeper informed me that I would need to wait for someone to arrive to check me in. There was no manager on site, and the staff mentioned that he had already left for the day.
Room was spacious, well equipped and clean. Breakfast was pretty good.
The smell particularly in the hallway wasn’t too pleasant
The room had everything I needed and spacious.
Totally unimpressed. Tired, worn out, not clean around the edges.
UNDISCLOSED $10 parking fee in a dark open lot with potholes.
Lovely breakfast. Great pillows and mattresses.
Wear and tear in room obvious and dirty towel from previous guest found between mattress and box spring.
I stayed here for business for a few nights. The gentleman at the front desk was warming and kind at check in however the pluses ended there. The rooms are old and outdated and smell musky. The hotel definitely shows signs of age and wear. The hotel publishes that it was remodeled in 2022 however i don’t see where. The musky odor starts as soon as you exit the elevator. My room was never cleaned by housekeeping and i didn’t even bother to remind them. I am a platinum elite bonvoy member and that truly meant nothing here. I exited my room on day 2 at 6:30am to find the dining room dark and the staff was just starting to set up breakfast that should have started at 6am. I would not return to this property.
The room was great. The property had some issues. Perhaps they are in process of fixing
It was ok for what I expected
A dumpy Residence Inn that management is making no effort to maintain. It's a shame because it's in a great area that is convenient to a lot. Also, the hotel puts out The Epoch Times newspapers for the guests, which is so bizarre as it's a fringe newspaper run by the Falun Gong religious movement that heavily promotes Trump and conspiracy theories. Not sure if this hotel is owned by Falun Gong, but it does make one wonder. Please renovate for a better experience for your guests and either provide mainstream newspapers or none at all!
