Very easy access to the beach

Sehr nahe zum Strand. 2 Pools, es läuft einiges und trotzdem kann man an ruhigen Orten chillen.

Very pleasant stay, beautiful beach and nicel family pool with sunshine until late afternoon

The hotel is located in a beautiful area and the hotel itself is modern, clean and spacious. It's view from the pool is stunning and moment away from the beach it over looks.

However, the staff at the hotel were not as impressive. We didn't feel we had a warm welcome at the reception when we arrived. One day our room wasn't cleaned so we didn't receive clean towel and mats and made bed and a general clean. I went down to reception and they were not interested, and said I'll have to go to the back of the list for the evening clean & should get a room clean around 9pm...

Also, on check out we asked to order a taxi hour prior to our anticipated departure to the airport and the lady on reception said we should have booked it 24h in advance, okay fine but no one told us this was the case when we arrived, plus I've stayed in Cala Dor many times and this has never been the case. The lady at reception said she can try and book one for us - come 1pm (30 before we was due to leave for the airport) I went back and asked if they had managed to book our taxi and they had no record of my request. I asked for them to call again for me and they were fully booked until 3pm that day. I asked what I should do and the lady shrugged her shoulders and said just walk 5 minutes up to the road to a taxi rank, you might get one ... might? Okay so we might make our flight then.

Luckily for us we started walking towards the centre and a taxi was on his break and kindly took us to the airport.

Jag och min partner hade en fantastisk vistelse på hotellet! Alla bekvämligheter fanns där och underhållningen på kvällarna var galant!
Maten var däremot rätt lika varandra varje dag och en någon större variation hade varit att önska. Men annars var allting toppen!

Great oceanfront hotel, with the friendliest front desk staff. I checked in at 12:30am and was offered the midnight buffet which was a nice surprise. The rooms are simple with just enough that I needed. I appreciated the beach being right next to the pool areas. The town itself is really walkable and I was able to see other Cala’s in the area.

The greatest stay we have ever had. Probably the best beach in the whole area in comparison to the others close by.

Will be going back next time we head to Mallorca

Amazing hotel with beach front access to the Cala Ferrera. The view from the balcony was unreal and perfect for our honeymoon! It was walking distance to the little town and a plus perk was the starfish catamaran docked right below their property so we’d were able to buy our ticket for the fun water boat excursion right there. The food was hit out miss. The lunch was amazing but the dinner was not the best. You can choose to switch the dinner to the lunch and I recommend doing so. Breakfast was delicious. The beds were comfortable! I’d stay here again!

Had the most incredible time here. Perfect location, fun atmosphere. Breakfast and dinner was included at a buffet. Room was nice and the balcony had a great view. Close to town. I would recommend friends and family to visit. Gorgeous area.

Minha experiência no hotel não correspondeu totalmente às minhas expectativas. A alimentação e os espaços destinados às atividades foram satisfatórios; no entanto, enfrentamos problemas com os dormitórios, o que comprometeu nossa satisfação geral com a estadia.

Lovely relaxing holiday, great hotel and staff with perfect location.

Lovely hotel, spotless and friendly staff. My only complaint is that we booked half board which included draught drinks as a special offer. This isn’t the case and only includes drinks at meals, which could have been made clearer when booking. It wouldn’t prevent us from visiting again now we know.

I’ve had a wonderful stay at Barceló Aguamarina. Clean room with plenty plug sockets and the bed and linen were so comfortable. I slept extremely well on this trip. All the staff work extremely hard to make your stay pleasant and carefree, all very friendly and approachable. My only slight criticism is that I was entitled to up to 3 alcoholic drinks with my evening meal as part of half board plus promotion. The wait staff in restaurant were happy to give you your first drink but never asked me again. I had to ask if I wanted another and it makes you feel like you are bothering them when they are busy. It would be nice to be offered your second or third drink. This is only a minor issue but it did frustrate me slightly. It felt like I was being rushed to finish and leave. I would definitely return again.
