Pros:

Brand new room. Location was perfect for our needs.

Musky smell i lobby but they are renovating so it will all be great when they are done.

The people were wonderful. The breakfast was decent for a chain hotel.

Cons:

The first room we were put in was very nice with a king size bed. My husband has balance issues, so we were given a handicap room. However, there was a humming noise that hurt our ears. The young lady at the front desk came and she couldn't figure out where it was coming from. (She did mention we weren't the first ones to comment on it.) She then gave us another room that was much smaller. The bathroom was not set up with even handles for getting in and out of tub. We went to move pillows around in one queen bed and the pillow behind had a good size blood stain. When we pulled back the sheets there was more blood. We totally checked ourselves out to see if either of us was bleeding. We weren't. It was so late by then we just slept in the second queen bed.
When we informed the front desk in the morning they did comp our stay.

Hotel is clean and convenient.
Pros:

The new rooms are spacious and well thought out. Breakfast was better on Saturday than Sunday. Everyone was friendly. The air conditioner was nice and powerful.

Cons:

The parking lot had speciality spots and large dumpsters. It was difficult to park when we came back at night. The patio off the pool was closed. There were no towels at the pool.

This is an affordable, updated place to stay when you're on the road.
Pros:

I love its proximity to I-90, and my room and bathroom were nicely updated. And I loved that you preserved the bathtub! Took full advantage of that.

Cons:

At check-out, the desk clerk told me he couldn't supply a receipt because I had booked on Booking.com. I pushed back, saying I book on there often and am always able to receive a receipt when I check out. Then he produced it! Not sure what that was about.

Great for overnight stay
Pros:

Rooms were clean and updated. Beds and linen were very comfortable. AC was good.

Cons:

Hotel is a little dated in the common areas; but not really a criticism.
