I'm very satisfied
Pros:

The location is great, very close to Museum Island, train/bus/tram stops nearby. The room was clean, I loved the thick matrass a lot. For me the sound proof windows worked well enough to sleep comfortably (I expected it would be much worse considering the city center location). The stuff was friendly and helpful. AC and ventilation worked good too :)
