El hotel si se ve muy limpio pero la ropa de cama deja mucho que desear solo ponen una sabana y la sobrecama que esta en muy mal estado roida manchada y de aparencia percudida asi como las toallas percudidas y deshiladas las cortinas rotas eso no me va con la calidad de estos hoteles . Espero que puedan hacer algo al respecto .

Quise desayunar a las 7.30 peo se me informó que no me podrían atender sino hasta media hora después ya que tenían que atender a un grupo. Entonces para que ofrecen el servicio?, una noche antes había preguntado y me dijeron que desde la 7 había servicio

La propiedad está bien, lo que no me gustó es que deje un paquete de carne a guardar en su refrigerador y cuando salí de mi estancia jamás lo encontraron, y nunca me había pasado, .

excellent location but in need of TLC

Booked via Wyndham for 900 pesos a night for 3 nights.

Arrived at around 2PM and was provided room on 2nd floor. Please note there is a service elevator but you will have to go up a few stairs to first floor..its a bit slow...i used the stairs during my stay.

The room is old and a bit in need of TLC. Queen bed was decent but lumpy pillows. Smart TV , however, the Netflix and Amazon were still logged in from previous guests. Clean bathroom with older towels, limited amenities, decent water pressure. But it also needs a renovation.

No breakfast proved, but they have a bufet on premise for 250 pesos (it looked good but preferred getting stuff from Oxxo a few blocks down)...Great location, 10 minutes from cathedral and they do arrange for tours with a local company (do the Janitzio tour, its great).

Todo excelente, el único PERO es el servicio del Restaurante, el horario no quieren dar servicio después de las 20 horas y lleviendo a dónde vas, por la mañana todo el servicio fue para INEGI y POLICIA FEDERAL y tus huéspedes que ??

Fue buena en cuanto a los servicios de limpieza y muebles. Sólo que la habitación (124) se encuentra cerca de un antro de terraza desde donde los volumenes de su música se escuchaban hasta la recámara. En cuanto al servicio de restaurante es bueno.
