Room and facilities were clean. Easy access to facilities from main highway.
Very noisy stay. Doors changing all night. People talking in next room till 1:15 AM. Noises from floor above. Rooms are not sound proof enough. Air traffic over building.

I didn’t like the fact that the room that I was in smelt like wet and mildew wish the room I got for my mom had a flood. Somebody upstairs flooded their room so it flooded their my mom‘s room downstairs and the only option was to relocate my mom upstairs and it was already hard for my mom’s walk to the room she had
The staff is great. The amenities and parking are great. The continental breakfast is great. Check in was easy.
There were noisy guests above and next door to me. This has nothing to do with the facility or staff. The staff did handle the issue in a very professional and respectful manner.

The Staff is absolutely HORRIBLE……. I mean HORRIBLE let me just say that I travel for work and I stay in hotels weekly I’ve never had an issue because unusually I stay in Prestine hotels however in pearl they don’t have many options , my room was nasty I had to go and purchase cleaners to come back and clean my room however when I turned on the lights some ones dirty socks were in the room and I went downstairs to let the person know what happen he proceeded to yell and tell me to calm down and said I was attacking him I said I’m not attacking you I’m simply saying that my room is nasty and I had to clean it know seeing dirty laundry in my room isn’t cool and I asked him to send up housekeeping he said it’s after 5 and housekeeping is closed. Just an all-around terrible experience had the nerve to tell me to go home. He didn’t know that I had someone on the phone until he realized then he try to correct the problem and say how would you like for me to help you. No apologizes for my experience or anything I’m just simply saying how would you appreciate going to a hotel having to go buy cleaning supplies and clean it after you pay your money and then find dirty clothes , All I can say is RUN . I checked out early the next day I am waiting on booking to return my money

the AC in rooms was great I like a room at 65 degrees it did the job.
the outlet in bathroom by door didn't work. the 2nd flood ice machine was out of order had to use 1st floor machine. the vending machine on 1st floor didn't work had to buy soft drink at front desk.
