Pros:

Kitchenette in room

Cons:

A cockroach in the kitchen. Crawled behind the refrigerator. Gross.
The beds definitely weren't queen size. They were full size.
The continental breakfast was pretty lame. It consisted of granola bars, mini muffins, nutrigrain bars, coffee and tea.

A great, affordable stay in Billings!
Pros:

The modern and clean room, with close access for dog walking. The staff went out of their way to be friendly and helpful! Plus, the motel was close to many delicious restaurants.

One employee made a big difference.
Pros:

Very good customer service. When we went to checkout and resolve a payment problem, staff member AJ, had it completely resolved. He alone made my review go from unacceptable to very good. I assumed we would have to fight for the correct outcome, but AJ had already credited the duplicate room charge and completely fixed the problem. He also explained the 1:30 fire alarm and apologized for the inconvenience. His professionalism and courtesy should be noted by management.

Cons:

Check in process was not good. Our room was prepaid, but the hotel information indicated we would pay at check in. My husband made the (duplicate) payment, but at a higher rate. We went to our room very upset. The handicap accessible room was located on the second floor (there is an elevator) , the toilet was almost impossible to use due to the location of the hand rail. The bed was too high to get it it easily.

Last minute booking- staff very accommodating- good facilities.
Pros:

Excellent staff. Good location, very good room and amenities in the room. Parking is good.

Cons:

Only coffee and a muffin for breakfast. But this is NOT a deal-breaker.

Pros:

The front desk staff was awesome.

Cons:

The halls, access ways and common areas were dirty. A box containing bags of dry lentils had been left in the doorway of the second floor landing that was not removed the entire time we were there.

I like these hotels but I will not be back to this location
Pros:

Just the price and the location of the motel, everything else was not very good. I have been to a few of these hotels and always had a great experience

Cons:

The attitude of the staff and the breakfast and coffee that they didn’t have and the trim was not clean and very uncomfortable

Pros:

The bed was quite comfortable and both the staff and room were accommodating.

Cons:

The floors were dirty, there was no ice machine, no water available ourside of our room sink and the parking lot asphalt was crumbling. Overall hotel had a run down appearance.
