The Breakfast inclusive rates include a Full-cooked breakfast and Dinner inclusive rates includes 2 courses from our seasonal A’ la Carte menu and a side dish.
When rooms booked for 2 adults and 1 child, breakfast and dinner are not included in the advertised rates for children and the charges are as follows directly to the hotel: 0–4 years old: complimentary breakfast 5–11 years old: breakfast charged at 50% of full price 12 and above: breakfast charged at full adult price. Kids dinner menu is also available.
Please note that extra beds and cots must be confirmed with the hotel prior to arrival, customers will be required to settle children's extra bed charges (GBP 30 per night) directly with the hotel.
When traveling with a dog, please note that an extra charge of GBP 25 for 1 dog or GBP 40 for a maximum 2 dogs, per night applies. Dogs are allowed in designated guest rooms. Please notify the hotel in advance.

The locator is key and I like how secure you feel
The food honestly wasn’t the best !
A fantastic location in the heart of the City yet this hotel is an oasis of calm. The Front of House manager (Kash) was warm and so friendly, rainfall shower was excellent, bed super comfy and the whole hotel was very clean.

Nicely designed room with comfortable bed; also fridge, kettle and complimentary bottled water. Interesting photo books in the room. Pleasant hotel bar. Located on a beautiful green square, close to public transport.
The hotel is in a wonderful location and my wife and I went up to London for one of the palace garden parties . We were there for two days and were met warmly by Victor at the desk who was so hopeful in organising our stay and ensuring we had everything we needed . He was friendly and gave us a wonderful
welcome . The room was lovely and well worth the money and we had a lovely view overlooking the square . Breakfast was also good value for money and Steven , who served us was very helpful . Speedy service . We will definitely be returning .
Beautiful building and rooms, excelent location (near 2 metro stations!), bars and bakery near by. Very nice staff, comfortable room. This was our 2nd stay here and we hope to come again!

Beautiful hotel, great room, great location. The entire staff are friendly and attentive, most especially Fransesca who dealt with our check in and check out. Francesca is without doubt the perfect person to greet guests as she is pleasant, efficient and extremely helpful. She began and ended our stay in Malmaison which we enjoyed immensely. No hesitation in recommending Malmaison, London for a great luxurious stay and wonderful dining.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff were genuinely friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived — especially Adrian, who was exceptionally kind and helpful throughout my stay. My room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. Overall, a great experience, and I’d definitely recommend it

We ate in the restaurant our first night and the staff serving clearly didn't want to be there - slow, dismissive - they clearly could not be bothered. The food was not very good at all - I would not eat here again.
