The Breakfast inclusive rates include a Full-cooked breakfast and Dinner inclusive rates includes 2 courses from our seasonal A’ la Carte menu and a side dish.
When rooms booked for 2 adults and 1 child, breakfast and dinner are not included in the advertised rates for children and the charges are as follows directly to the hotel: 0–4 years old: complimentary breakfast 5–11 years old: breakfast charged at 50% of full price 12 and above: breakfast charged at full adult price. Kids dinner menu is also available.
Please note that extra beds and cots must be confirmed with the hotel prior to arrival, customers will be required to settle children's extra bed charges (GBP 30 per night) directly with the hotel.
When traveling with a dog, please note that an extra charge of GBP 25 for 1 dog or GBP 40 for a maximum 2 dogs, per night applies. Dogs are allowed in designated guest rooms. Please notify the hotel in advance.

Very comfy room. And a free upgrade to a king sized bed. Bathroom was spacious. Room was nice overlooking park. Reception staff were courteous.
Aircon was broken although a) were warned in advance and b) tower fan was great replacement. Rain shower didn’t work well and sad to see mostly because the water outlets were blocked by calcium deposits. I was a little bit frustrated that I reported I had left my metal water bottle in the room fridge a couple of hours after checkout. But no reply. Eventually 2 days later I called up. Another day waiting and I was sent a link for lost property. Guess what? No water bottle found. Not the best experience. That said the staff I spoke to were very friendly.
Great location
My “upgraded” was small and dark.
Business away day for 35 attendees. So many last minute changes but nothing was too much for Malmaison. Massive thanks to Camilla for all your help in getting things sorted. Have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Malmaison for events.
Location and comfy bed
Staff- lady on arrival to leave bags barely said 2 words. Victor on the other hand very friendly and helpful
Perfectly positioned to get around Londons centre.
The rooms are always good and this time we were in prime position 2nd floor right front and centre overlooking the Square.
We were well looked after from arrival to departure and all of the staff were cheery and attentive.

Lovely experience at the Malmaison Hotel. Our room was upgraded which was a nice surprise, and the reception staff were attentive and friendly!

Our room was clean and spacious; the bed was comfortable; and the location was great! The neighborhood itself was very pleasant. There were a lot of good places to eat, and it was an easy walk to many of the places we wanted to visit.

Small rooms, initial room with no windows insisted on a transfer to a larger room
Good room sizes, dressing table area was well thought out, very clean and staff were a great help in us securing a phone left on a taxi by mistake. Will be back

We had dinner at Chez Mal and the food and atmosphere have been amazing! Everything was delicious, some of our favourites were trout, steak, chicken thighs starter. Ajay has been amazing, we asked for suggestions and depending on what we said he provided tailored recommendations. Our favourite dishes were recommended by him! Thank you, Ajay! Looking forward to going back!
We arrived early but were checked in to one of our two rooms that was already made up. When we came back from some sightseeing our second room was ready - a small issue was dealt with speedily and without question by the staff - a sign of a good hotel !! I was a bit worried about noise when we arrived but at night the square outside the hotel was very quite despite being right between Barbican and Farringdon. Had the best nights sleep all week and then finished our stay with a hearty breakfast. All the staff, without fail, were friendly and helpful - a real credit to the hotel.
Lovely experience for a Summer weekend in London Town! Great location, great Club Mal price and lovely room which was spacious and beautifully decorated. Arrived early and staff member Francesca found us a room upgrade straight away so we were all set! Great air con during the hot night, lovely breakfast too!
