Cons:

The pool was closed and that was the whole reason we stayed there. I spent an extra $100 so that my 4 year old granddaughter could swim. They did not tell us it was closed, it wasn't until my granddaughter got in her swim suit went down and seen it was not open. They said it will be open in the morning. My Granddaughter woke up early and excited to find out it was not open. We calmed her down saying they have pancakes got to breakfast and to find out the pancake machine was not working.

We enjoyed our stay and the staff made it amazing!
Pros:

Pool, rooms, beds were comfortable and staff was great! Christopher in the breakfast area was the best ever!!!

Cons:

The work being done on the hotel left a bad look with very windy hallways, plastic on the floors, smelly hallways which were very dark and dreary looking.

Clean location, comfortable beds, but would not stay again.

Loved the pool!

Cons:

I didn’t like that the room I booked ahead of time was NOT the room I was given. I booked the king suite for a reason and when I arrived, they assigned me to a 2 Queen bed room and tried to charge me MORE than what the king suite was when I booked. They told me there was a booking issue, but that’s not my problem. Just for this reason alone, I wouldn’t book again. Also, the woman stocking the breakfast was quite a miserable person and rude to my mother. Totally unacceptable.
