Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Hyatt House Colorado Springs Airport.

The rooms were very spacious, extremely well-equipped, and spotlessly clean. The location is convenient and easily accessible, especially for travelers flying in or out of the airport.

The staff was friendly, welcoming, and very service-oriented, always ready to help with a smile.

The breakfast was generous, delicious, and offered a great variety of options.

Highly recommended!

Ok place to spend a night and start your next day
Pros:

Friendly staff at check in time

Cons:

May its due to being Christmas Day, kitchen was short staffed and most of the breakfast items were out. Front desk person wasn’t friendly and place didn’t feel as welcoming.
Room was just ok and nothing special.

We loved the shower 🚿 and the breakfast was delicious

The sheets were to rough and pillow to soft. But other then that we liked it and enjoy our stay.

The best night sleep I have had in a hotel. I would like to know where you purchase your pillows.
Pros:

Breakfast was one of the best I have had. Location was easy to access.

Cons:

I don’t have anything to complain about. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was Great. Room was quiet and very clean. No issues.

It served its purpose, a place to sleep for the night.
Pros:

It’s good it has a kitchen with all the utensils needed to make a meal. Good if traveling with little children so you can make their meals

Cons:

Water pressure in shower was low. I usually love showering but the low pressure made me dislike it. The room is clean on the surface. I clean a lot so I can tell if a room is really clean or just on the surface. Little particles on the floor, hand prints on the door… so I knw it’s not properly clean.

Wonderful week in Colorado Springs!
Pros:

Our room was amazing. Very spacious with everything we needed. The bed was super comfy and we liked the layout of the suite. The staff members were friendly on all days no matter what their job was - breakfast manager, front desk staff, housekeeping, maintenance. The hotel was kept incredibly clean throughout. Will definitely stay here again!

Cons:

If I were to offer a suggestion, the windows in the rooms could benefit from some type of noise barrier. You can hear the noise from the highway that is right at the hotel. However, we brought a sound machine from home and it easily blocked the noise at night. The front desk will even loan you one for free if you forget to bring one. It’s not terrible, but it is something that would benefit from some sort of barrier.
