I recently stayed at The Claridges and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The hotel is well-maintained and provides all the standard amenities you'd expect from a luxury establishment. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure my stay was comfortable.
While the room was a bit on the smaller side, it was clean, well-equipped, and served its purpose. The facilities were good, but nothing particularly stood out as extraordinary. It felt like a standard high-quality hotel, which isn't necessarily a bad thing, but I didn’t experience anything that would make it feel truly exceptional.
On the cons side, the room could use better soundproofing, I could hear people talking from the nearby rooms and corridor.
Nonetheless, it’s a solid choice for a comfortable stay. Would recommend for anyone looking for a reliable stay without expecting anything over the top.

If you want to feel like royalty in India, this is where you stay! It’s safe, clean, and smells divine. The service is INCREDIBLE! Absolutely top notch. Food was delicious. Everywhere we went we were treated like VIP! The room was so beautiful and comfortable. We didn’t want our stay to end! Absolute perfection!

I was hesitant at for after reading reviews, but the properly and entire staff was absolutely amazing. We declined a room upgrade because my wife wanted a balcony, but the room is super clean spacious. In good faith, the manager sent my wife and I a bottle of wine. They went out of the way to make us comfortable and happy. Highly recommended.. Also, the bed was absolutely the most comfortable bed we’ve ever slept in. I actually took a picture of it to order it when we get back to the US. A++++

Excellent all round hotel
Pros:

An excellent hotel where the staff did as much as they could to enhance your stay. We only had the one night but the rooms were spacious, extremely comfortable and spotless. The breakfast was first class with excellent service so I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
