Important information:

According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.

All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.

In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent´s ID.

Cons:

La limpieza muy escuálida, 1 ascensor para 100 habitaciones, lento y quedaba trabado, el aire acondicionado demasiado ruidoso

Muy buen hotel para estadía corta

Buena ubicación, excelente el desayuno

Cons:

Cobran el agua caliente (algo tan básico), en la habitación no hay ningún utensilio más que dos copas.

Disfrutamos la estancia en Copacabana
Pros:

Nos resultó una ubicación perfecta. Nos pudimos mover con seguridad y hay muchos servicios alrededor. El desayuno era poco variado. Lo MEJOR que puedo destacar es el PERSONAL, era muy atento. Solicité el cambio de colchón porque era muy blando y viejo y me lo cambiaron sin problema.

Cons:

Solo hay un ascensor para un hotel de 13 plantas por lo que subir o bajar de la habitación era lento. La limpieza tampoco era buena. El cuarto de baño un poco viejo. Es un hotel que necesita mantenimiento.

Personalen var trevlig. Vi fick en barnsäng in på rummet. Gymmet och poolen var ok.

Cons:

Det fanns bara en hiss för gäster. Det fanns också en personalhiss men den var ofta avstängd. Det blev en väldig flaskhals vilket gjorde att det tog lång tid att ta sig till och från rummet. Wifi var mycket svagt på rummet vilket gjorde det svårt att arbeta där. Jag hade speciellt bokat hotellet för att man hävdade att wifi fanns.
